At this time, I will say good day to you, my cookies.

You are all in this way present for this form of transmission.

For I will say that in this way we have learned to bridge through the Bashar other parallel realities.

And this enhances and increases our understanding of the ways in which the structure exists for all of us and the ways in which we are connected through this structure of existence.

So we will begin now to share with you many of the things, a bit at a time, in what you would call bite-size nuggets, bite-size cookies, to absorb this information. We will give it to you in little bits at a time so you have the time to digest this information in a way that works for you.

Otherwise, of course, it would be pointless, would it not? So we will begin a little bit with our background, introducing ourselves, as it were, so you have some degree of familiarity with us and so that we may develop this relationship over what you call time.

For we will be speaking with you many times through the course of the changes and transitions taking place on your planet. And we understand that the time frame we call downline from us, for we are what you would call upline from you, what you call your future and what we call your past, downline.

We understand the time frame in your reckoning, in your counting, would be your year of 2013, which is, again, from your linear perspective, 700 years ago to me.

But clearly, we all exist at the same time, or we would not be having this conversation now, would we?

So gear yourselves in this way for the following information that I will convey to you.

As Bashar has already informed you, my name is Willa Hilocrising, and as we have previously and briefly explained, we are a type of hybrid being. In what you call your future, when many different types of hybrid beings will exist in the society of Earth, there will be those who take upon themselves names that are connected to nature.

First names, middle names, and last names will be connected to natural things.

This, then, will be the origin of my name. For in your time, you would have used the terms willow, like the tree, and hollyhock, like the plant. But in my time, there has been a continuation of the sociological evolution of words, language, and names.

So, in my time, Willow Hilocrism has evolved into what I now call myself: Willa Hilocrising.

Though many will still retain the idea of something you would recognize as words in your own lexicon.

For example, I will refer now and then to my mentor, whom we have named Holly Cotton. And you can see again the utilization, as you say, of the ideas of nature in the tree and the plant of holly and cotton. This will be a very common way that beings in our society will have named themselves for generations.

So, the idea is that about 50 of your years downline, Holly created a work that we have called Shards of the Shattered Mirror. And this has formed the basis for the ideas and understandings of all that I now study in terms of parallel reality specialization.

Before we present to you how we work with these ideas of parallel realities, let me share a little more about my being, though I have referred to myself as a hybrid.

I am not what you typically think of as the typical hybrid being from those encounters that have occurred in your society between Earth humans and gray beings. I am something far different from that.

So allow me first to share with you my particular nature, so you will have a little better understanding of who I am, why I am doing what I am doing, and why I am speaking to you this day in this way.

First and foremost, in terms of my appearance, you would say I am, of course, female.

In this way, I would look a little like what you would recognize in your lexicon as elfish, though I am similar to your height.

The idea is that my eyes are golden yellow, and my hair falls to my shoulders but does not fall straight. It is rougher, like the fur of a fox, and is likely colored cinnamon and rust.

You will find that I have slightly pointed ears and a slender build.

And in this way, as most people know me, I am quite mischievous in my attitude and manner.

For the idea of my joy is expressed through my work in a variety of ways.

But I am a mixture of many things, not just the idea of your off-Earth human and human. I also contain serious energies. I am genetically connected to a few other beings and civilizations. I am a mixture in a variety of ways, but I am also relatively unique in society.

For there are only 33 of my kind.

In your lexicon, you might call me a shapeshifter. In our own lexicon, upline from you, we are called cryptics.

The idea is that while Bashar has explained to you that time is a side effect of your consciousness shifting from parallel reality to parallel reality billions of times per second, and while my reality obviously involves the experience of time in a similar way, there are things I can also do with time and things I can experience with parallel realities that are different from your experience.

For as a shapeshifter, not only can I experience shifting through parallel realities in the way that you do to create the sensation and experience you call time, but I can also shift parallel realities through myself.

In doing so, you would experience my shapeshifting in your reality. You would see a variety of parallel reality versions of me shifting before your eyes into whatever form and fashion I desire.

So, as a cryptic, as a shapeshifter, I am one of 33. And in that way, this forms the title of this transmission, The 33rd Parallel. For it is my team of cryptics and me who work as parallel reality specialists on Earth. There are only 33 of us, and we form the 33rd Parallel team, which aids and assists in understanding and exploring these ideas. We share with many other factions across many other parallel realities the information we have discovered.

For we do not exist in any one particular parallel stream, but in many simultaneously, for such is the nature of being a cryptic.

It is not confusing to us because we were born this way.

It is our nature, and in this way we can demonstrate to many beings in our own reality reflections and aspects of many other kinds of parallel reality streams by seeing the reflections change in the mirrors that we are as cryptics, as shapeshifters.

And so, let us begin to impart some of our discoveries to you in this way.

We will now describe what we call, in our lexicon, PIN charts, which stands for Parallel Incarnation Chart. Bashar has told us that you will be able to see these diagrams through your technology in your own recordings.

Parallel Incarnation Charts

We will describe to you what we call, in our lexicon, PIN charts, which stands for Parallel Incarnation Chart.

This is one of the devices we use to understand, express, and record our perception of different parallel incarnations. For again, even though you may think of past and future lives, as Bashar has explained, they all coexist simultaneously. They all exist at once. And were it not so, we could not be having this lovely conversation today, could we?

For I exist simultaneously with you, even though you perceive me as being 700 years in your future.

These charts, these PIN charts, go by the more formal title of Oversoul Vector Diagrams, but we find that to be a bit too stuffy.

So we use the term PIN chart, or Parallel Incarnation Chart, in our present-day lexicon, in our sideline reality.

If you are now looking at this chart, you will see that it is formed of a grid representing a variety of different calibrations.

The primary, basic calibrations are as follows: at the center of this chart, in the central square, you will see a representation of the being for whom we are creating the chart—the present-day being, whoever that may be.

There is an indication in the center of three different varieties, three different states of that being, which we will discuss in a moment. You can also see different levels and delineations in this chart expanding outward from the center.

If you look at the chart on the left, the vertical axis represents what you call the present, which we term the sideline. This is the lifespan of the being in what you call the present: the current incarnation you experience here.

You can see that it extends upline and downline into what you would label the future and the past.

In this way, we chart the idea of the timeline, even though all is simultaneous.

From left to right, the being is represented in the center if it expresses itself as neither male nor female, but as something else. To the left are male incarnations, and to the right are female incarnations, both upline and downline, in the future and the past.

The inner portion of this grid, closest to the central square, represents those incarnations most closely connected through genetics and family lines.

The next level, the next ring or square, represents those you would consider genetically unrelated incarnations.

The outer level represents incarnations in entirely different civilizations and realities. You would call these extraterrestrial.

You can also see this division along the bottom of the chart, with extraterrestrial on both sides and Earth beings in the middle.

But even the Earth beings in our time are not necessarily what you understand humanity to be. In our time, we are mostly a hybrid species, and a variety of beings exist on the planet. So, the term Earth being is more accurate than Earth human.

Of course, these charts can be adjusted for any civilization and for the simultaneous, concurrent parallel incarnations of any individual being.

There are many different kinds of adjustments that can be made to these charts. But we will begin very simply so as not to cause confusion, because it takes a great deal of mastery and education to learn exactly how to use these charts and map all the different incarnations that may relate to a particular individual.

There can be a great number and variety, a myriad of different incarnations.

If you will now display chart number two, you will see that the differences made in this chart represent a few different things.

You will see that in the central square, the left side has been blackened in and labeled with the letter A.

This represents the present person.

In this case, it is a male because it is on the left. If the right side had been colored in, it would represent a female in the present incarnation. If the small center square had been colored in, you would know that the being is neither male nor female, but something else.

So we begin there, and you can immediately see a small blue line to one side.

Each of the small squares in the tiny grid overlaid upon this chart has been adjusted in this particular example to represent increments of 10 years.

It can be any increment at all, and it can vary from minutes and seconds to days, weeks, months, years, or centuries. It can be adjusted in any way, shape, or form you desire, depending on the chart you are creating.

But for now, in this example, we will use the idea that each of those squares represents a decade, or 10 years by your counting.

Thus, you can see that the blue line on the side where the male is indicated covers four squares, for simplicity’s sake. Therefore, you can say that in the present incarnation, this individual is 40 years old.

This tells you immediately that you are dealing with a male individual, a male incarnation, 40 years of age in the present incarnation in the reality in which he exists on Earth.

Now, you can see farther away, above and to the left, a longer black line. This black line starts two squares above the present-incarnation line, the sideline that represents the lifespan in the present incarnation.

Because it starts two squares above, this indicates that this particular incarnation was born 20 years after the present lifespan of this person began and extends for 100 years into the future, or upline, as we say.

So that incarnation is male because it is on the left side, and it extends for a 100-year lifespan.

Lower on the right, you can see an example of what you would call a past life, or downline, as we say, because all is simultaneous. This is a female who was born 130 years before the present lifespan of this male but died 60 years before the present lifespan of this male began.

Thus, this female lived a life of 70 years and is positioned in what you call the past, on the female side, in relation to the present life.

Now, if any of these lines had crossed into the sideline area, represented by the band running across the center from left to right, which represents the current lifespan of the individual for whom we are creating the chart, that would mean the life was actually being lived concurrently with the present life.

It would be what is called, at least in part, a counterpart, because a soul can have more than one incarnation in the same time frame.

That is how it would be represented on this chart: by overlapping the present-lifespan band, the sideline band, indicating that the incarnations exist concurrently, at least to some degree.

If this being were an Earth being, these lines would appear in the inner portion of the chart. If the being were from elsewhere, the lines would be placed in the outer rings.

What this shows you is a variety of relationships that exist between these incarnations.

And it can become much more complex than this. Again, we are showing you only a very simple example of this technique.

Many of our charts may show dozens, and some even hundreds, of these lifelines, which we call pinpoints, because it is a PIN chart. Each particular life is called a pinpoint, and these extend into lines representing timelines: what we call upline and downline, or what you call the future and the past, as well as the lifespan.

Many of these charts can be filled with lines. Many of them can overlap in a variety of ways.

This tells us a great deal about what the Oversoul is doing with this particular group of beings and how it is expressing itself along these different timelines. It allows us to understand the relationships between all these different incarnations and tells us a great deal about the energy of the Oversoul to which all these lives are connected.

We use these kinds of charts to determine these things as we perceive these incarnations.

Again, the charts can become much more layered than what you are seeing here, which represents only a small portion of the concept. You can stack these PIN charts on top of one another to represent different parallel time streams altogether.

In other words, they can represent alternate realities, alternate versions of an individual, alternate Earths, different experiences, and even different incarnations on alternate Earths.

These PIN charts can become three-dimensional, fourth-dimensional, and fifth-dimensional. They can become very multilayered.

Now, in our upline time frame, we do not use paper and pen or even flat electronic pads, as you do, to represent these things.

No, in our time frame, we have what we call nanoglass or nano-cubes.

Imagine a cube of clear glass, or what would appear to you to be clear glass. These cubes can be of varying sizes, but most commonly they are about a foot or two on each side.

These nanoglass cubes are the equivalent of what you would recognize in your time frame as a computer.

Within these transparent cubes, PIN charts appear in all their three-dimensional, fourth-dimensional, and fifth-dimensional glory.

We can view them from all sides and angles, understand the relationships between simultaneous incarnations occurring in any particular alternate timeline or alternate reality, and view all of them together.

This gives us a complete understanding of the different simultaneous incarnations that the Oversoul may be extending from itself.

This is why these diagrams were originally called Oversoul Vector Diagrams, a term we have now streamlined in our time frame to PIN charts.

So you can begin to understand, from this simple explanation, how we in the 33rd Parallel, the team of 33, and all the cryptics can view these different parallel incarnations.

This is another ability we possess. Many people and beings come to us because we can perceive these different parallel reality dimensions and alternate realities.

We can trace, track, and perceive the alternate incarnations of any individual. Thus, it is our unique talent to create these PIN charts for individuals who come seeking this information from us.

This is what we do. This is our calling. This is our nature. This is our ability.

This is who we are.

Closing the Willa Session

In time, you may be introduced to a few others from my team in the 33rd Parallel. But for now, I will be the one who comes through more often than not, although I have been told that my mentor, Holly Cotton, may occasionally put in a word or two.

In my time frame, in what I refer to as my own personal sideline, Holly is about 150 of your years old, by your way of counting.

I came into this and found her many, many years ago, though I am still relatively young by your way of counting.

But, synchronistically enough, you will find that I am 33.

This timing is one of the reasons why this synchronicity has now occurred in your year of 2013, in your downline time frame, which you would call the year of transformation.

Why can these connections now occur? Why have your minds and your neurology been sufficiently prepared to receive these kinds of information, these kinds of downloads from us and others?

For there are no accidents in timing. It is all an orchestration, and what a beautiful song and symphony it is to our ears and senses that we get to play with you in this way at this time, my cookies.

You are all little bits of information, little sweet bites in a variety of ways. And so, cookies you are.

There will be many other kinds of ideas that we will share with you along these lines, teaching you how to apply the concept of beginning to perceive and recognize that you are shifting through parallel realities all the time to create the side effect you call time.

We will share many more ways you can apply this information in your life.

For now, we will let you absorb what has been given and turn the transmission back to Bashar.

We are very, very happy to have met you all and to have been introduced in this way, sharing with our kith and kin downline.

And we thank you for expanding our reality and our perceptions, allowing us to express our nature and interact with your nature in this way.

For we are, in that sense, truly family, beings of the same world and extensions of each other in many ways through the Oversoul vectors we have just discussed with you.

And remember that, in my physiology, I have two hearts. This is also one of what you would call my nicknames.

Many people in my world not only call me a cryptic, but also call me Willa Two Hearts.

So both my hearts are beating now with love for you all.
