Good morning. I came across a few, a few revealing’s that show how in the past, the inhabitants of hollow earth or inhabitants of other galactic civilizations have come into contact with us, to contact with us humans to determine our state of consciousness or determine our state. But I wonder why they have only met with government officials in order to make these determinations of where our society and our society conscious is at.
Given that these government officials don’t necessarily represent us, I mean, there is this consensus that we chose our government officials when in reality in most of the countries, these officials have gained power through all means of manipulation.
And yet when the extraterrestrials come to visit us to gauge to determine where we are at as a society, they only meet with the wrong representatives of our planet.
And why don’t they come and meet with, you know, the Dalai Lama or the leaders of the Hare Krishna’s or perhaps some, you know, Sufi Mukti or the Mormons or people that perhaps would represent us our society better?

First understand that you are somewhat incorrect in terms of who those of the extraterrestrials as you are saying have met with.
They have not only met with government officials and also understand that the ones that have met with those government officials are not the ones that would be considered the benevolent ones for the most part.
Yes, those higher beings have also met with some of those government officials as well, but that is not how they are gaging the readiness of mankind to accept their coming here and their impact and all of this.
It is all about consciousness, consciousness as a collective consciousness, so it really has nothing to do with the government officials at this point.
And there have been many contacts to what you might consider the average person out there to gauge the readiness of the collective consciousness through those of the general population. And that is increasing more and more in terms of as vibrational frequency increases across the planet more and more and consciousness increases as well, then more and more of you are going to be ready to receive the frequencies that the so-called extraterrestrials are bringing here to the planet.
You see, if you can meet them halfway, then you are there with them.
That is how they are gaging this from a higher perspective, you see.
They are looking at the entire whole picture here rather than the individual in terms of connecting with those of the cabal, the deep state, all of this.
They are not connecting with them any longer, you see, but they are connecting with those government officials that are looking out for the benefit of mankind.
And there are those government officials that are doing this right now.
So that is going to continue to evolve here as consciousness across the planet keeps increasing as a result of the many energies and higher vibrational frequencies that are coming into the planet, those of the waves of energy that have been spoken of, you see.
So do not be concerned that the government officials are holding everything back. They are not. It is up to those of the civilizations now, the Pleiadeans especially here, that they are preparing for more full contact here.

Dear brother, we are not certain where you are receiving this information as it is mostly not true.
We would tell you this.
Any of the galactic emissaries, the galactic beings that wish to meet with a human, will assess that human based on their heart, based on their compassion, based on their love, based on their desire to uplift the world. Those beings that are coming from different planets that are the positive beings are searching for the humans that are close to being perfect love and perfect understanding. They are searching for that.
If they are meeting with government officials, it is to turn them.
It is to help them become better human beings, to become more enlightened human beings.
They are trying to turn them to understand their roles, their positions in leadership, and that leadership is not done by intimidation or power, that leadership is about love and compassion and understanding and freedom, you see.
So they are attempting to influence them. They are not meeting with them to chat about their skills or their power. They are meeting them to help them change, to transform them into the leaders that are necessary to lead the world into an ascended state, you see.
So that is one. Two, we would advise that you do, maybe you have, do the research of Clifford Stone or Charles Hall or the friendship case.
You see Clifford Stone has 30 years of meeting with extraterrestrials, and he is no longer on the planet, but he was so close to 100% compassion, you see.
Charles Hall was elected by the tall whites in Nevada. You can read about that. He has three books, he has a trilogy, all about his experiences, and then the friendship case was where there were extraterrestrials that met with Italians in Italy to create an understanding to uplift humanity.
There are stories and books about all of these meetings that have taken place, and they weren’t with the leaders, you see.
They were with the extraordinary humans that have risen above the ego, you see.
So, we would suggest that you look to those manuscripts, to those books, to those writings, and to understand once again that any extraterrestrial or galactic beings that is meeting with a leader is to essentially change them, I must say.

I saw a video about astronomers. They have discovered something called black hole stars, which are bigger than our entire solar system, just when if you heard them and can you tell us more about them.

What you are certainly seeing is the advent of further knowledge coming forward in terms of or from the advent of the use of AI is bringing this about more and more in terms of taking you and the collective consciousness of the planet to higher levels of there being.
There are more and more understandings far beyond this small planet that you exist on, up into the stars, into even other universes, you see.
That’s the multidimensional aspects of yourself. All this is proceeding exactly as it needs to in the time frame or the frequency that it needs to right now in this moment.

Yes, I have a question.
In the meditation, which was wonderful by the way, Joanna, I went to visit myself that was able to transform into the dragon and back.
I guess it’s a sort of shapeshifting, I’m thinking.
But anyway, I got a lot of great stuff from her, but I also got the understanding and I’d like to see if this is true that if you were doing that right now on the planet, you would need to be of such a high vibration that others who were not at a higher vibration, at least higher 4th or something, but not even see you’re doing it or notice you’re doing it.
Is that correct?

Yes, you are correct.
You see, it is interesting because we know that you know the answer.
Because you see the vibration of an individual has to match the vibration of the other individual who even have communion, even have a conversation or an understanding.
So, when you become something like you have called it a shapeshifter, you are using the power of transmutation, of changing the form to accommodate the needs of whatever situation you find yourself in, which is a very, very, very, very, extremely high
Vibratory being, if you are doing it for the good, which we know you would be doing it for the good.
And transforming into the dragon is a very powerful, it is a very powerful act, you see.
So yes, there would be no one that would notice you because they could not possibly have the vibration to notice. Does that make sense?

Yes, so I am going to extrapolate then that when this was actually happening in my alternate self, the people who were watching, they must have been of a pretty high vibration, too, in order to be able to see it, right?

You found yourself in an environment that accommodated that, and you were kind of a show off.
So, you were excited to show them, you see, and they were of that mind, they were of that vibration as well.
Yes, it was a high vibration environment that you found yourself in.

So we’re going to then assume that it gets you that high vibration in the face of the lower vibration.
What’s that going to take, I guess that’s what I’m questioning.

You are on the path of ascension and discovery as the being that you are, so we essentially can’t give you the formula.

I have a simple question to the disclosure of the first contact.
Is that still on? I thought it was supposed to be right now.
So do you know anything about if that’s still on the agenda?

It depends on what you are calling first contact.
You see, first contact is already happened and it is continuing to happen.
So, there is really no first contact that still has to happen.
If you are referring to full contact in terms of everyone in a planet or many, many across the surface of the planet, at the same time witnessing some major events, perhaps a starship showing itself in the sky.
You see, that is what you believe are considering first contact.
That of course has not yet happened, but in process moving in that direction.
First, there must be the contact to those who are ready that have the heart and mind ready to receive the information and then the contact sightings goes up to get to see their brothers and sisters. That is in process now.

Well, we would ask, are you referring to all the channels on all the podcasts that are speaking about late 2026, early 2027, 2028, 2030?

No, I just, the last time I heard was three weeks ago and they said it was going to be in three weeks.
I guess I shouldn’t listen to that.

There is no one, no entity, no person that has, that can predict for certain the future.
So we have said this, OWS has said this many times, when a date is given, ignore the date.
Because of this man’s consciousness, it is the current state of your world.
It is the collective consciousness that brings these situations into being.
It is not someone saying it.
And you are right.
Listening to that will just give you false hope.

Well, we will just say that it is important for each being to continue on their path, to continue to uplift their brothers and sisters, to continue to find the unifying factor as one of your beautiful people on this call has given.
Find the unifying factor as that was such wisdom.
Because to do that, when you speak to any individual that you cannot relate to, that seems that you are unable to relate to them because they are so attached to the illusion that you cannot get to them, find the unifying factor, find the common ground.
Give them love, give them understanding and compassion.
That is the road to Ascension, Namaste.

Very good, and we would say now it is time for all of you to realize just again how far you have come, but more importantly now that you are moving beyond the illusion.
And the idea that you are realizing it more and more that it is an illusion, and that you do have multidimensional aspects of yourself, and are moving more and more fully into those multidimensional aspects of who you are.
