Density is a state of vibration and frequency, whereas dimension is a realm or level of existence. They are related, but they are not the same thing.

The New Earth exists within the realm of the fifth dimension, but its vibrational state corresponds to the fourth density, which is associated with the heart chakra. This is the transition from a consciousness primarily rooted in separation, fear, control, and survival toward one centered on love, compassion, unity, and heart centered awareness.
