Never Too Late

For a long time I have been wanting to learn to play ukulele and Chinese 2 strings erhu. I kept pushing it aside. For erhu, not many plays it here, or to buy one. I don't like having to trouble someone to get me one from China. Ukulele however, they make locally here, had been since as long as I can remember as a child. What holding me back is the fact that I had tried learning guitar in the past, unfortunately I have short fingers, it hurts to press on the strings.
The sound ukulele makes, unlike guitar, its vibration touches my heart and calms my mind. Even so, as time goes by, I have forgotten about it. That is, until someone across the street played it for nights in a row while I was sitting on my balcony. I looked it up online, locally made ones. I know it wont make a beautiful sound as the good ones. But...I am just learning, it will do to practise the chords and holding it, nothing fancy. Oh... I also like the fact that it is held close to the heart when playing it. If I could find one thats priced within my budget of $3 or $4 max, I would buy one. I found one!

I just looked at my ukulele's pic☝️, funny I just noticed how big it looked, liked guitar size. In reality, my ukulele is pretty small, all ukuleles are small as far as I can remember. Havent googled baritone ukulele type, not interested, but I learnt that they are the biggest type in size compares to concert and soprano type.
Its smallness in size is what motivates me to try to learn to play it.

There is another woman who has strong beautiful voice. I think her name is Renee Dominique. Different voice from Ingrid Tamara, but beautiful all the same.
Went out last night to minimart where they set up a small coffee counter by the entrance, coffee table and chairs outside on the sidewalk. Thought I gave myself a tiny short break from the mundane at home with a cup of cappucino.
No more than 5 minutes later, a neighbor's divorced son joyously sat beside me, he started chattering, I stayed silent. No response. I do not want to talk to anyone. He kept chattering, I stood up and left.
Back home, still inside my hood, I sat at an open air public gazebo liked space, and prayed this time no one would approach me for small talk blabla.
I watched utube while sitting there, happened to come across videos ridiculing our big guy. I mean, I've seen Trump ridiculed videos a lot, but our big guy... only last night, and it was very funny. It made me laugh, as it was shown how ridiculous and illogical he was when giving speech or interviewed in public.
But... what made me had deep belly laugh was an AI video of a toddler being interviewed. I usually skipped AI videos, not last night.
The interviewer asked the toddler:
"What do you call breaking up with your partner?"
The toddler replied in English: "Move on."
Interviewer asked again: " What do you call when back with your ex again?"
Toddler replied in our language this time: " Blo (as in blog without the g sound) On.
Blo on in our slang means stupid.
I laughed and laughed and laughed.. still laughing now remembering the video 😂😂😂
