Do not view yourself as a victim in your life’s past experiences. Regardless of what those experiences entailed. This way you don’t hold on to or remain attached to those energies. Find strength to forgive, send your light to those events, break free, move forward with healing. Also understanding the truth of the past is important. However, it is more important to not dwell in those energies and timelines.
