Find strength to forgive, send your light to those events, break free, move forward with healing. Also understanding the truth of the past is important. However, it is more important to not dwell in those energies and timelines. We would put it like this; 99% of your energy should be focused on creating the new, and only 1% on learning about the past. ~Kejraj
