We are very patient beings, because we have no time to consider. We trust in the perfect timing for everything that is occurring in this galaxy and universe, and certainly everything that is happening there on Earth. We know that there are many instances in your lives where you do not feel you have the same luxury. How can you be patient, after all, when you are getting older, or how can you be patient when your rent or mortgage payment is due?
What is the secret to patience when you live in a world where there are so many clocks and constant reminders of what date it is? It certainly is a challenge. We grant you that. And so, we offer you this transmission infused with the energy that we have around patience and timing. We hope that you can receive that energy and infuse it into your consciousness. We want you to experience what we experience, but we know it is a big ask.
So here is what we have to offer you. When you are present, focused on your physical body, and centered in your heart, you can more easily drop out of the mind. Time is a construct of the mind, after all. It is a way of keeping track on things and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be when they are supposed to be there. It is a way to measure things. And your minds like structure. Your minds like consistency and predictability, and time gives your mind all of those things and more. So if you want to transcend time, you need to get out of your minds and become one with the ever-expanding present moment.
There is a link between the ticking clock and feelings of anxiety. You are very fortunate to have less of those ticking clocks around now, but you still haven’t figured out a way to stop the clocks from moving. Therefore, it really is up to you to shift into timelessness, and that experience is always available to you if you make yourself available to it. Again, be present, be grounded, be heart centered. Breathe, and you will find the expansiveness that you seek. You will find the timelessness within the moment.
And we just want to point out one more thing. Now, the way that you keep track of time tends to be on your phone, computer, or other electronic device that you also tend to use to entertain your minds or to complete a task that your mind thinks you need to complete. So shutting those devices off, getting away, and getting out into nature is the easiest way to slip into the dimension of timelessness.
We are the Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.”
