Talking about AWARENESS again.
AWARENESS is a key resource for AWAKENING and INCREASING VIBRATIONS.
Without AWARENESS, these processes DO NOT develop at all or are sluggish.
In addition, given the fact that WE ARE THE CREATORS OF PERSONAL REALITY, which by default means that WE ARE THE CREATORS OF REALITY ON PLANET EARTH, then in this case AWARENESS decides ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING.
WE CREATE WITH CONSCIOUSNESS!
WITHOUT CONSCIOUSNESS – WE CREATE, because Creation in this case occurs uncontrollably, we launch into the world for materialization it is unclear WHAT and WHEN, which often DOES NOT improve our lives and DOES NOT make us happy.
Simply put, thanks to AWARENESS WE CREATE REALITY AS WE WANT, but WITHOUT AWARENESS – Creation happens chaotically, as it happens.
In the process of Creation, some people DO NOT manage to get rid of destructive energies that drag them into low-vibration situations (scandals, quarrels, problems, difficulties, troubles, bad luck, etc.).
This drags a person towards the WORST OPPORTUNITIES FOR DEVELOPMENT of his own realities.
Even though I have long lived under the loving guidance of my own Divine aspect (Spirit), sometimes I still fall out of balance and also get drawn into the whirlpool of passions.
I noticed one thing.
One has only to allow LOW VIBRATIONS to take over a little, and then they begin to rapidly GROW into a FLOW.
Then this can develop into an avalanche or tsunami of stress and other low-vibration manifestations.
Sometimes it takes over so much that it becomes very DIFFICULT to GET OUT of this web and bring yourself back into a balanced state.
This is where AWARENESS comes to the rescue.
The sooner you manage to find WISDOM, STRENGTH and TURN ON AWARENESS, the sooner you can stop the development of a tangle of problems and stress and regain the joy of Being.
Recently I was thinking about this and my Spirit showed me fun methods that use AWARENESS to RETURN YOURSELF to YOUR DIVINE HOME – a world of balance, joy, fullness of life and other parameters that we call “BEING HAPPY”.

REALITY TRANSURFING is a NEW MODEL OF PERCEPTION OF THE WORLD, a fundamentally different way of acting and thinking in such a way as to achieve what you want.

Transurfing is based on the concept of DUALITY of our world – that the WORLD consists of two parts – the physical and metaphysical sides of reality.
THE PHYSICAL WORLD is understandable to everyone – we live in it, move, see it.
THE METAPHYSICAL WORLD is our energy, feelings, thoughts.
And reality TRANSURFING teaches us how to CONTROL the metaphysical world OR our inner world, because the physical or outer world is just a DUAL MIRROR.
This is a very large and voluminous topic.
The world became aware of this from Vadim Zeland, who shared this concept and wrote many books about it.
Let’s touch on TRANSURFING just a little bit.
There is one method that helps PULL YOURSELF OUT of the LOW energy band.
This method can be explained by the phrase “LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST”.
That is, this is a saturated, BRIGHT AWARENESS HERE AND NOW!!!
This is a TOTAL IMMERSION into a process, event, situation, etc.
Of course, this is immersion in a pleasant or at least neutral situation.
There is no point in completely immersing yourself in a stressful situation, because on the contrary, we want to GET RID OF STRESS.
So, TOTAL IMMERSION.
What is this?
The easiest way to explain this is with examples.
But before I give a couple of examples, I want to note that being CONSTANTLY in such a state is not only IMPOSSIBLE, but there is also no need.
You can use as much as you want, as much as you HAVE INSPIRATION (desires).
In any business, too much, like too little, rarely brings benefits.
The main thing here is INSPIRATION and EMOTIONAL STATE.
But if the situation is “advanced” and the person is in a TOO depressed state, then it is necessary to make an EFFORT and try to use the method more often.
REALITY TRANSFERING helps to increase the level of awareness, lift yourself out of various depressed states, reduce the level of stress and anxiety, and, most importantly, RECOVER YOUR LOST BALANCE completely or at least partially.

Observe YOUR actions in DETAIL and immerse yourself ONLY in THIS ACTIVITY, WITHOUT ANALYSIS or DISTRACTION.
Enjoy how WELL YOU do it, how beautifully, how well everything works out for you, etc., etc.
Show your MAXIMUM IMAGINATION!
YOU ARE DRIVING BY CAR.
Observe in detail how your body copes with this perfectly, how SKILLFULLY and CORDIALLY your entire Divine vessel works, how you smoothly and skillfully fit into a turn, listen to the SOUNDS, notice how the position of your body changes depending on the trajectory of the car, what COLOR the cars are driving ahead you, are there any interesting colors, what is the WEATHER like, LISTEN to the raindrops on the glass, etc.
Another method of managing your reality, breaking out of patterns and “first aid” to yourself in stressful situations.
INVERSION OF REALITY
INVERSION (from lat. Inversio) – REVERSES, RESTRANGEMENT.
The essence of this practice is to TURN THE ATTITUDE towards the SITUATION upside down, that is, to perform a kind of INVERSION.
The INVERSION method mainly uses two tools – HUMOR (laughter) and IMPORTANCE RESET.
The situation is INTENTIONALLY brought to the point of absurdity using jokes.
You can write this down on paper – present the problem in detail while INTENTIONALLY greatly exaggerating the situation and all the events associated with it.
This is called “making a molehill out of a molehill”. But at the same time, use humor to the maximum.
Humor is a Divine tool given to us by the Creator to facilitate navigation in 3D.
Laugh heartily at the situation and all its participants.
Add piquant and funny curiosities and details to the situation.
Soon you will notice that the IMPORTANCE of the situation has DISSOLVED.
We give every problem too much IMPORTANCE.
This is what causes maximum damage to our physical health and our state of mind.
INVERSION is a GAME, but the GAME IS NOT according to a template, but BY YOUR RULES!
YOU ARE GOING OUT OF THE PATTERN by which most people live!
You become FREE!
The driver of the car drove past you in a puddle and covered you with mud.
PATTERN REACTION – irritation and sending a lot of street words to the driver.
You can joke, for example: “It seems that this driver, driving a beautiful car, was very handsome.”
Or imagine that someone sprayed him too and you laughed about it together.
Someone called you a “stupid cow.”
PATTERN: resentment, irritation, aggression.
INVERSION (example): think about whether the cow is really stupid or is she much smarter than the person who said it.
Or imagine that as soon as this person says the phrase “stupid cow”, then a real cow actually instantly materializes and, since she is STUPID , she starts running back and forth and doing stupid things. Imagine this person’s reaction to this.
OR make yourself laugh in any other way.
In general, ALL WAYS THAT HELP US GET OUT OF THE MATRIX PATTERNS ARE HEALING.
You can come up with many ways to break out of the pattern yourself.
The simplest of them is to react NOT standardly in various situations.
This way the templates fly apart like chips.
Your “loved” person abandoned you.
It is a well known fact that a “beloved” person will never leave us.
Unless of course it is REAL SINCERE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.
If the relationship broke up, then it was fake and prevented NEW INTERESTING OPPORTUNITIES!
Instead of depression, tell him: “Thank you so much! I’ve been wanting to get rid of you for a long time, but I couldn’t bring myself to do it. It’s finally happened!
Now there is finally room next to me for NEW OPPORTUNITIES and new, truly SINCERE and HAPPY RELATIONSHIPS!

Usually this situation reaches enormous stress, because the person turns on FEAR of the future.
How will I live now?
What to do?
etc. Plus negative feelings of all stripes.
The more we load ourselves, the more we attract new troubles and bad luck.
This is pattern behavior and IT BLOCKS ACCESS TO NEW OPPORTUNITIES!
Look at the situation from the other side.
Did you enjoy this work?
Did you earn enough there?
What was the atmosphere in the team?
Did you have any prospects there?
Think about it.
I am sure that the answers will say that this work hung like a dead weight around your neck and prevented you from BECOMING YOURSELF, understanding WHAT YOU WANT, UNLOCKING YOUR POTENTIAL, etc.
Look at yourself from the outside, use your imagination to make yourself laugh, laugh at yourself and the IMPORTANCE that you attach to this situation.
Take a break from this for a while.
