Well, I can’t speak for the rest of the U.S. citizenry, but from Illinois, the alert went off an hour ahead of the 2 coordinated schedule. I didn’t factor timezone originally, but thought that it was odd that it went off an hour ahead of schedule but did notice that it didn’t reach certain peoples devices until an hour later. But, as per usual, there were no noticeable outward changes in our physical, tangible reality as far as I am in the know to. But, I know a lot seems to occur on the down-low in a gradual pace outside of the media and main source we derive our news and intel from so it’s hard to pinpoint what is really going on. But, intuitively, I do sense and feel that things are picking up. Let’s hope it’s not a false alarm. Let’s hope that we’ve hit something with this whole “Red October” thing.

The UK had the EBS test way back in April. Nothing changed outwardly though behind the scenes it’s a very different picture evidenced by all the resignations and much more to come.

I received an EBS TEST Message along with millions an hour ago.
I have never had one of these in the 7 years I’ve owned this phone and number…….. There was an IMMEDIATE story on YAHOO about the 911 EBS TEST about an hour ago. Several posted about it online on Yahoo and I cant believe YAHOO had a story so soon.
Sure looks like it has STARTED but only the first few baby steps.
Resign NOW or we arrest you and you get no deals ever! I dont know how long the LIGHT will give them to resign, but some have already suddenly resigned with no warning.

MY GUESS is this test must be done ahead of time with enough time to correct any issues. Sending an EBS to every phone, line, device in the USA is a huge task. How many banks of servers are there for this? a gazillon? =)

Well yeah. Now that the test is done, maybe the FEMA will send their next EBS to ask people to confine themselves because of the new pandemic or something. I see nothing here.
