The struggle between the Light and Dark Rings for Latin America is particularly acute on the Subtle Plane, surface and in the vast underground network. It is decided whether LatAm will continue to live on the same carrier frequency or on a new, high-freqs level, to which Co-Creators transferred Earth at the end of April.

On the Subtle Plane and on the surface, the situation is very different. From South to North, the Andean Cordilleras divide the continent into two parts with their own power fields, and each country faces specific challenges.

PACIFIC CONTOUR

Today, the entire Pacific force circuit along the Pan-American Highway has come under the full control of the Light Rings (see – Operation “Artery”, DNI, 24 April 2026). A unique statehood is being formed here, focused on the Pacific Ocean and Eurasia. The cleaned and restored high-frequency channel above this band transmits the powerful energies of the central Ark in Antarctica across both Americas, from Patagonia to the Canadian province of Nunavut.

Chile

Techno Hub. An autonomous vector focused on Eurasia. The interface of the Light Rings. The monitoring and control center for the Pacific area. Output of resources into a digital matrix configured for maximum conductivity, turning into management pure energy.

Peru

Sacred Center. An active hacker of isolation established by the Dark Rings with the help of North American elites. The port of Chancay is the main Portal and logistics hub of Eurasian flows (energy, economic and personnel).

Ecuador

Balancer. Regulates power flows. Controls the Galapagos, a strategic portal in the Pacific Ocean.

Colombia

NAAs’ Lock. Still doses all ingress and egress between Atlantic and Pacific Oceans under run of the Dark Rings and the US elites. A torsion chaos generator for suppressing the impulses of the Light Rings. Everything that enters or leaves that area passes through this frequency scanner. Drug trafficking and endless proxy wars are not just crimes, but tools for maintaining a low-frequency field. While it is active, the entire continent remains blocked from the North.

At the Colombian Junction, an underground tunnel network from Central America (from the Mayan Pyramids) connects to the Andean subterranean system. NAAs’ control over the surface is needed to create entropy, which masks the operation of powerful frequency generators installed in deep bases. They block the updraft from the South to the North Pole, preventing the transmission of Light’s activation codes to the Western Hemisphere. The Light Rings’ positive vector is manifested here through the enormous natural potential and attempts at Spiritual revival of the region.

ATLANTIC CONTOUR

To the east of the Andes’ energy barrier, the picture is more complex. The entire field that runs from the coast to inland, filled with external flows from Europe and the United States under the control of the Dark Rings. At the same time, these streams are encountering growing resistance from the counter-internal energy of independence.

Brazil

Foundation. It is not just a country, but a huge continental monolith that holds 50% of the continent. The transfer of the capital to Brasilia is an attempt to turn the general power vector inward, towards self-sufficiency, backed by the Light Rings. Today, their strategic goal is, together with Africa (Angola, South Africa) and BRICS, to squeeze out the influence of the Dark Rings (NATO) from the South Atlantic, which fiercely resist, provoking chronic chaos in the country. NAAs is hitting Brazil through the “green agenda” and social turmoil, without giving the slightest respite.

CENTRAL NODE

This part of the continent works as either an “insulator” or a “connector” within the local force field.

Venezuela

Energy Warehouse. The Venezuelan deflector shield is damaged by the Dark Rings (the US coup), but the country remains under the influence of Eurasian flows.

Bolivia

Minerals Vault. Isolation under the guise of socialism. The Dark Rings are fully controlling the local richest lithium deposits. Access to them is blocked by complex social codes and leftist ideology, which act as a stasis and frequency barrier, preventing the Light Rings from deploying a foothold here. NAAs aims to transfer the world to digital management. Lithium is a critical element of this project. Looting this metal, they drain the mainland’s energy, to keep their power.

Paraguay

Blind Spot. A conservative buffer between Brazil and Argentina. Zones of financial and frequency lull. Darks’ financial and smuggling hub.

SOUTHERN CONTOUR

Argentina

Zone of Chaos. A battlefield where the frequencies of Light and Dark Rings overlap, igniting economic and social havoc. This is the NAAs’ filter, which prevents the formation of a positive force field in the Southern contour, and preserves the passage to Antarctica for Darks.

In the area of Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego, the subterranean tunnels become wide and technologically advanced. Underground bases are directly connected to the Antarctica. Everything that is mined in the center of the continent is burned energetically here to maintain a barrier around the Icy Continent. A fight is now underway in Argentina: whether it will remain the Dark Rings and the US base or maintain the BRICS vector.

Uruguay

Shocks Absorber. Another stabilizer between Brazil and Argentina. Interference-free platform and information hub. A place of behind-scene negotiations between Light and Dark Rings.

Guyana, Suriname

Fragments of the colonial possessions of Britain, Holland and France. Guyana is a new oil “star”, where Dark Rings keep a backup power conflict with Venezuela at the ready.

By contrast with Africa, where all the force contours are clearly drawn (see – African Fractal, DNI, 1 May 2026), in South America a completely different geometry works. It is rather an “island continent”, enclosed in self and sandwiched between two great oceans. The vertical of the Andes is a rigid, almost sacred axis. Unlike the Nile, it is not an energy conduit, but a force barrier. It cuts off a narrow strip of Pacific influence from the gigantic Amazon Basin.

If the Sahara is a void in Africa, then the Amazonian “green maze” is the horizontal of decay. A colossal vector that should connect the oceans, but in fact separates them. This space absorbs any external energy. There is still no full-fledged land route from east to west through the center of the continent that could compete with the sea.

In the LatAm Island, the Dark Rings act extremely harshly. For them, it’s a genetic and resource source. They keep the continent in a state of “eternal tomorrow,” as a capillary through which NAAs pumps out life force. For their elites in North America, it is a “backyard” that must be obedient and depressed in order not to become a competitor.

The Light Rings enter here through Chile, Peru and Brazil, trying to “stitch” the mainland with horizontal corridors to break the Darks stranglehold. To turn the LatAm Island into a “bridge” connecting the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, and to crack the isolation imposed by NAAs. If there is an open phase of reassembly in Eurasia, then there is a hidden accumulation of potential.

The proximity to Antarctica makes the southern tip of the continent a “decompression point.” This is a zone where the influence of the Dark Rings weakens due to the proximity to the “zero point” of the Pole. Therefore, control over Argentina and Chile is not a question of territories, but a matter of control over withdrawal from the NAAs system.

In a multidimensional projection, the LatAm Island is a sealed reservoir. As distinct from Africa, where the Arks’ vectors (translation of ancient codes and mass awakening of consciousness) are actively working through the Indian “fountain”, the situation here is different. In Latin America, these vectors operate in deep conservation rather than broadcast mode.

The frequency barrier of the Andes acts as a “shield” that blocks external firmware. The Ark code is fixated on internal memory (Incan and pre-Incan structures), which conflicts with the digital matrix imposed by NAAs. The vast biocenosis of the Amazon acts as a noise suppressor. Any external impulse of the Ark here gets bogged down in biological chaos.

Today, South America is still a captive giant. Its energy vectors are directed inward, and the outer Dark Rings do everything so that the LatAm Island does not wake up and activate its Arks, capable of rewriting the scenario of the entire planet.

In South America, the underground level and hidden cities are the foundation on which the entire aboveground geopolitics rests. If the surface is controlled by NAAs, then many depths still remain the territory of ancient civilizations. In Amazonia, often referred to as “Z” or “Akakor” ruins, are the Tartaria’s lighthouses, “sleeping” software modules and devices of high-frequency energies. That is why the Dark Rings are so fiercely protecting the Amazon through the creation of “impenetrable jungles” and the status of “reserves” to block access to the activation points of primordial codes.

The communication nodes of the Tartaria’s network are hidden under dense vegetation and swamps. They are connected to underground storages of “seeds” (not only plants, but also DNA codes of the Light space races). The NAAs strategy of creating “ecological zones” under the auspices of international organizations is a way to prohibit any country (primarily Brazil) from conducting deep soil scanning. They are “preserving” the Amazon not for the sake of climate, but so that no one stumbles upon a working processor of the ancient network.

Entire South America is stitched with a tunnel system, which in narrow circles is called “Chincanas”. The Andes is a hollow “wall”. A lot of bases are located below them, connecting the continent with Antarctica and Central America, bypassing the surface borders. Some of them (especially in Colombia and Chile) have been captured by NAAs and are used for biological experiments and the storage of genetic material. The others are in offline lockdown mode. Consciousness activators are stored there, which are waiting for a complete change in the frequency field of the planet.

The proximity of Antarctica is critical here. It is through the South Pole that energy is pumped into these underground tunnels. Those who sit at the “bases” in Argentina have direct access to the “main server” under the ice.

Like Africa, South America was a hub in Tartaria’s unified planetary network. Communication between the two continents is still carried out through underwater power channels (along Atlantic faults). These are the invisible threads by which Brazil intuitively tries to widen its space, feeling the ancient kinship of the shores.

If to look at the LatAm Island as a living organism, then the surface (countries) is a “skin” affected by parasites (NAAs). Underground bases are a “nervous system”, partially intercepted, partially paralyzed. Hidden cities is a “DNA archive” that contains the Co-Creators’ blueprint of this world.

Overlaying the underground map on the NAAs’ resource grid reveals the true mechanics of controlling South America. Here, lithium and oil production are just the top layer and a cover to hold key entry points. In the Triangle Bolivia-Chile-Argentina, the interests of the Dark Rings and ancient structures clash most harshly. Under the colossal deposits of lithium are crystalline lenses that work as the “electrolyte” of a giant natural battery.

Where NAAs build mining pits, there are often nodes of the ancient tunnel system. The extraction of lithium ore allows for the legal closure of vast territories (“corporate interest zones”) to excavate or block exits from underground bases without attracting attention. By robbing lithium, they literally “discharge” this area, making it impossible to remotely activate the Arks hidden beneath them.

The LatAm Island is a unique geological and energetic “layer cake”. Bundles of ley lines here go much deeper than the crust, reaching the level of the upper mantle and magma flows. In multidimensional physics, this works as follows.

Magmatic Level

The Andean Range is not just mountains and rocks, but a root system where magma channels come out closely to the surface, carrying a colossal force charge. In the Andes, ley lines are “grounded” directly into magma pockets. This creates an incredibly powerful and stable flow of energy that cannot be blocked from the outside. Therefore, NAAs are forced not to disable it (this is impossible), but to distort the output using frequency add-ons.

Crystal Level

Between the magma and the surface (especially in the Lithium Triangle and under the Amazon) there are giant quartz and salt layers that function as resonators. Ley lines passing through these crystals are amplified. The Uyuni salt marsh is, in fact, the surface of a giant natural “condenser”. It is on this level that the ancient cities and bases are located. They “sit” on these lines, like transistors on a board, powered directly from the planetary core.

Information Level

What are called geopolitical vectors are just a reflection of these deep processes on the surface. The vertical of the Andes is a projection of a magmatic fault. Amazonia is a projection of a giant water lens that dampens unnecessary energy noises, creating a zone of info silence. Why is this important?

As bundles of ley lines extend deep into the magma, the Dark Rings cannot fully control the continent. They run only the “terminals” (ports, capitals, mines). If the deep subterranean keepers of Arks decide to apply an impulse through these lines from the bottom up, the entire NAAs surface matrix in South America will simply burn out from overexertion.

South America is an “energy volcano” where geopolitics is just a thin crust of frozen lava. The main processes take place at the level of magmatic bundles that connect this continent directly with Earth’s core and the Antarctic Portal. If in Africa the Indian “fountain” is an external pressure coming from the ocean and exposing the continent, then in the LatAm Island the situation is reversed. Here, the source of connection to the magmatic level is internal and ascending. This source can be called the Antarctic Forcer.

Unlike in Africa, where energy enters horizontally, here it is supplied vertically through the South Pole. At the entry points, the magma channels of Antarctica are directly linked to the southern tip of the Andes (Tierra del Fuego). Antarctica works like a giant accumulator of the planetary code. Its momentum pushes upward through the magmatic layers, passing along the entire Andean range. In the area of the Lithium Triangle, this magmatic pulse meets with crystalline strata and salt marshes. Lithium works not just as a resource, but as a conducting bridge that allows the deep magma energy to “flash” into the information field on the surface.

In Africa, the main transforming activators are external – India, China, and the Eastern Arks. In the LatAm Island, these can be the Agartha Guardians, controlling underground bases and cities (remnants of the Tartaria network). While they are silent, the magma just warms the mountains. If they use the frequency switch, the energy of the Antarctic Forcer will wake up the entire continent.

Another source is the Light Rings. A powerful Solar flare or a change in the Schumann Resonance can act as a detonator. In this case, the magmatic level of the ley lines in the Andes will “flare up” by itself, simply according to the laws of resonance, and no NAAs plugs in Colombia will hold this flow. This “magma fire” is the main reason why the Dark Rings are so afraid of South America. For them, the LatAm Island is unpredictable and completely uncontrollable in its core.
