Soul Whispers: Love is Innate

Love is your natural state.

It takes no effort to love when one is living from the heart.

However, it takes immense energy and determination to hate, worry, and condemn, simply because those things are not who you truly are. They were learned over time; through fear, pain, conditioning, and experience.

Love is innate; negativity is inherited. And what has been taught can also be unlearned, with awareness, compassion, and the willingness to return to your true nature. ~KejRaj

Soul Whispers: Victim and Perpetrator in Different Ways

We have all been both victim and perpetrator in different ways. True healing begins when we realize this conflict is not only outside of us, but also within us. The victim and the perpetrator are both parts of the human experience we carry inside ourselves.

Often, harmful actions begin with good intentions; wanting to help, guide, or “save” others. But problems arise when we believe others cannot find their own way without us, or that we know what is best for them.

Over time, the energy we project outward returns to us. The systems and structures we fight against in the world can reflect the same patterns that exist within ourselves. Real change does not come only from fighting external forces, but from healing the inner source of division.

We heal by recognizing, forgiving, and integrating the parts of ourselves that seek control, superiority, or fear. Through compassion and self awareness, we move beyond inner conflict and toward a deeper sense of unity, love, and understanding, what some call Christ consciousness. ~KejRaj
