As expected, the summer news is churning in circles even as the world moves inevitably towards a mega black swan event. What is happening is that events are being recycled as the world waits for the UNITED STATES Corporation and Israel to finally collapse.

 

Here are some of the recurring news events showing we are stuck in a loop:

These are just a few examples off the top of my head. This pattern of repetitive news is expected to continue until the ongoing collapse of the US government reaches its terminal phase.

This is still expected to be when the US Strategic Petroleum Reserve runs dry. The US bought time with its Memorandum of Understanding with Iran. This gave it a window to stock up on oil brought in via the Strait of Hormuz. That window has now been shut, and now the Houthis have shut off Saudi Arabian oil exports from the Red Sea as well.

As of July 17th, the US Petroleum Reserve was at 311,000 thousand barrels and is depleting at the rate of about 9 million barrels per week. In theory, this means the US can hang on for 8 months until the reserve runs dry, but in reality, it will become almost impossible to draw reserves when the level reaches 250 million. That would mean a full-blown crisis in September.

In the meantime, there are multiple other signs that the US going bankrupt slowly is about to become the US going bankrupt suddenly.

First of all, there is extreme panic in the Trump regime. The result of the latest fighting against Iran was far worse than the heavily censored Western media is reporting.

Iranian, Saudi, and Houthi sources agree that the collapse of the Saudi and Israeli regimes is inevitable. The US and its allies in the Middle East have exhausted their interceptor missiles. Saudi Arabia has also lost air superiority over Yemen, leaving it completely defenseless. Yemeni sources emphasize that the holy land will fall back under the rule of true Muslims, not the satanic Saudi royal family.

Without Saudi Arabia, the United States and Israel would lose their most important source of funding for survival.

That is why the Trump regime is so desperately seeking peace with Iran.

They have already begun withdrawing troops to appease Iran. However, they cannot afford the $300 billion in compensation promised to Iran.

Furthermore, they lack the 200 tons of gold needed to return it to the “Dragon Family.” For this reason, the Trump regime has announced a military campaign against Mali. The goal is to seize the gold mines. The problem: These mines are guarded by Russian troops.

The international sell-off of US Treasury bonds continues. The interest rate on 30-year US Treasury bonds has remained above 5% for the longest period since the collapse of Lehman Brothers in 2008.

As the world pays off its debts and desperately tries to raise money to avert collapse, according to a new memo from the Office of the US Trade Representative, the Trump administration has imposed Section 301 tariffs on 60 countries accused of failing to “effectively enforce” bans on goods produced using forced labor.

This is a bitter irony, because the US holds the most prisoners sentenced to forced labor worldwide. The US represents only 5% of the global population, yet it houses 20% of all prisoners. Most of these prisoners are serving sentences for minor drug offenses or unpaid fines. This means they are incarcerated for forced labor.

In any case, Americans will pay these tariffs. The American people cannot afford it. Americans are forced to pay income tax. And then they have to pay an additional 10 to 15% or more in sales tax on the already taxed money.

They then pay property tax on the land, for which VAT was already paid at the time of purchase. Later, when the land is sold, they must pay VAT again, and the new buyer pays VAT on the acquired land.

Your family will have to pay taxes on the money you give them – money that has already been taxed at least four times. In addition, capital gains tax will apply if you receive income from investments that have already been taxed.

As a Canadian government official told me this summer: “We need something like the French Revolution.”

Here you can hear several commentators essentially saying that the system is in crisis and needs radical changes.

It will happen, but since we are dealing with a system that has existed for thousands of years, the pace may seem frustratingly slow.

This week, I will therefore conclude my report with two previously written reports that summarize what we are actually dealing with.

First, a true story in the style of The X-Files, based on personal experience:

For millennia, monotheism has prophesied an epochal event. Some call it the end of time, others the Rapture, and still others the Second Coming of the Messiah. Today, there are variants of the “New Age” movement that speak of things like motherships arriving from across the galaxy to usher in a completely new universe.

As a journalist working in the real world and gathering information from the real world, religious beliefs (whether traditional or modern) are outside my purview. However, over thirty years of reporting at the highest global levels of power have provided me with ample evidence to convince me that we are at least entering a new era.

Before I delve into the concrete, verifiable evidence for this theory, I’d like to begin with some of the strangest things I’ve ever encountered. I have a kind of shelf in my head where I store information that doesn’t fit my worldview, and I don’t know what to do with it.

For example, there’s a Japanese gentleman who occasionally attends my public appearances and claims to have worked on terraforming Mars. Aside from these claims, he seems like a very reasonable Japanese government official. He says access to Mars has recently been closed.

There are also people who claim to be from the Pleiades and to have detailed memories of their home there. They say they are now stranded on this planet and cannot return. Otherwise, they appear normal and seemingly mentally sound.

The notorious arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi once set a trap for me (she undressed in front of me, tried to seduce me, and then backed out at the last moment, apparently hoping I would go too far and rape her, thus falling into her trap). After this plan failed, she told me that giant humanoid beings, similar to the Anunnaki, had experimented on her lap.

Japanese gangsters and contract killers have also told me that they remember being subjected to experiments. A North Korean assassin once told me that he killed his “Jewish boss,” who then reappeared several months later.

These are people I know personally. I don’t know what to make of their statements, except that they didn’t have any other problems, such as mental illness. And believe me, I’ve been contacted by many people with such problems.

These are just some of the direct witness statements I have. There are also numerous statements from various public figures who speak of extraterrestrials and a “secret space program.” For example, more than a dozen former American astronauts have publicly stated that they have seen extraterrestrials and that our planet is being monitored by them.

Perhaps the most famous public figure to talk about extraterrestrials is Paul Hellyer, the former Canadian Minister of Defence, who claims that aliens have been visiting our planet for thousands of years.

That’s exactly what I was told during my visit to the Freemasons of the P2 Lodge in the Vatican. They told me they had been in contact with these extraterrestrials for millennia and knew them as “angels, devils, djinns, spirits, etc.” The representatives of the P2 Lodge explained to me that the extraterrestrials would overthrow Pope Benedict XVI and prove this by forcing him to resign, thus demonstrating their power.

Vincenzo Mazzara, a German knight and high-ranking P2 agent, showed me pictures of beings that he claimed were depicted on the walls of Milan Cathedral. Here is a (blurry) photo of some of these images:

The most interesting thing about this, in my opinion, is that I later encountered these beings in person. I wouldn’t have mentioned it if I hadn’t photographed them. The photos are below.

These photos were taken near Shibuya, Tokyo. The beings moved slowly up and down and seemed to communicate with me telepathically. “Alexander Romanov” of the Gnostic Illuminati also claims to have encountered these beings.

I learned that from these plasma beings.

I was told that our reality is the result of extremely complex mathematical equations. These equations have been reformulated countless times with only minor changes. That’s why many of us, including the author of these lines, remember slightly different versions of our current reality. In some of these versions, humans were allowed to explore and colonize other stars. In others, they were almost completely wiped out by a nuclear war.

As I’ve learned from these and other sources, various scenarios are currently merging into one. This is why people with memories of different historical events suddenly find themselves trapped on this planet and in this particular reality. So let’s return to what we can confirm based on our current “official” reality. Everyone knows, for example, that we sent astronauts to the moon in the 1960s and 70s. We were supposed to send people to Mars in the 1980s, but then everything came to a standstill. However, NASA has repeatedly confirmed that humans cannot penetrate the electrical barrier, the ionosphere, that surrounds our planet.

Paul Lane from the Pentagon’s psychological warfare division even once told me that NASA stands for “Not a Space Agency.” There are countless images (of rabbits, lizards, gravestones, etc.) that prove the so-called Mars rovers are more likely wandering through Greenland or an American desert than on Mars. Even photos from the recent Chinese mission to the far side of the moon clearly show that the entire operation was staged.

Of course, none of the readers of this report can travel to the nearest spaceport and buy a ticket for a spaceship to another planet. They can’t even open the local stargate and travel to another dimension (and if someone does claim to be able to, I’d be happy to accompany them and document the experience).

No matter how you look at it, it seems as if we are quarantined on the surface of this planet. There are several possible explanations for this. One of them is that all of reality is a digital simulation and, like video game characters, we cannot escape it.

Another reason, according to Paul Hellyer, is our warlike and destructive nature, which is why we are not allowed to leave the planet. Just as we don’t allow lions and tigers to roam through downtown New York, aliens don’t allow humans, devoted to war and the arms industry, to leave the planet.

The aliens I encountered, however, told me a completely different story. They said an intergalactic war had been raging for millennia, and the leaders of the group we know as Satan and his fallen angels had been tracked down on this planet. Earth was being quarantined so they could finally be captured, thus ending the ancient war. Once this happened, the quarantine would be lifted, and humanity would finally be free to explore the universe.

Regardless of which of these options you prefer, or even if you believe that none of the above apply, there is a practical and concrete way to initiate a New Age or end-times event through our actions in the here and now, in the reality we all share.

First and foremost, we must achieve world peace. This should be possible for us humans without divine intervention. There is no justification for military-industrial massacres on this planet. The world’s most powerful armies—the United States, Russia, and China—have already agreed on this, and world peace is finally being discussed in the Middle East, Ukraine, parts of Africa, and other crucial locations.

Secondly, we must stop environmental destruction. This, too, can be easily achieved if we make a joint decision. This means sending special units to Brazil and Indonesia to prevent further fires in tropical forests. These units will also be deployed to protect endangered species in protected areas. This is already happening on a large scale.

Another important task is the global fight against poverty. Poverty stifles human potential. Furthermore, starving farmers who burn forests to feed their families contribute significantly to environmental destruction. India has lifted 271 million people out of poverty in the last decade. Now the world must focus on Africa and a few other regions to finally eradicate poverty.

Once the planetary emergency cleanup measures are complete, we can begin creating a paradise here on Earth. There is no reason why we cannot achieve immortality and superpowers, for example, by controlling the human genome.

Planning for the future to achieve this goal: The detailed plan of the World Agency for Future Planning, which was presented to the Committee of 300.

The global system of economic governance has lost its effectiveness at the highest level. The institutions created by the victorious powers after the Second World War – the IMF, the World Bank, the United Nations, etc. – have led to an environmental catastrophe of catastrophic proportions and to the extreme concentration of wealth in the hands of a parasitic elite.

With its multi-billion-dollar Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), China is increasingly pushing the Western powers, paralyzed by internal conflicts, onto the defensive. For this reason, the White Dragon Society has proposed the establishment of a Western-led Future Planning Agency (FPA) to complement China’s BRI. This plan enjoys broad support from the Pentagon, the Vatican, and the Commonwealth.

The FPA is being modeled on Japan’s Economic Planning Agency (EPA), which guided Japan through decades of impressive (often double-digit) post-war economic growth. The system peaked in the mid-1980s, when Japan had the highest per capita income in the world and the lowest wealth inequality within the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development). Therefore, it would be advisable to examine how the Japanese EPA functions before developing plans for the FPA.

At the heart of the Japanese system was an informal group of about twenty officials, industrialists, and politicians. The politicians represented the will of the people, the officials examined the feasibility of decisions, and the industrialists advised on profitability. Together, they developed a plan to achieve the nation’s goals for the next five years.

The plan called for a systematic, nationwide survey by the Bank of Japan. Officials were to visit businesses across the country to verify prices. Businesses of all sizes were also to be interviewed to learn more about their business plans, particularly their planned equipment purchases. Based on this data, the Bank of Japan was to accurately calculate the capital required to implement these investment plans without triggering inflation.

The money was then distributed to the private banking sector. This sector was divided into national “city banks,” regional banks, and specialized banks. Each company had its own “main bank,” and these banks provided the companies with the necessary funds according to a common plan.

Once the necessary financial resources for the economy had been determined, other bureaucratic structures, particularly the once notorious and feared Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI), developed their own plans. MITI employed some of the country’s most talented people, who had successfully passed the nearly impossible entrance exams for top civil service positions.

The Japanese Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) was not a centralized planning agency modeled on communist systems, but rather an organization that developed a common roadmap for the private sector. For example, when the five-year plan called for a doubling of Japan’s highway network, MITI provided comprehensive support to automakers to produce enough vehicles for the new roads.

The key to this system lay in the fact that the entire country pursued a common direction and a comprehensive plan for the future. This facilitated planning for both businesses and individuals.

Despite its incredible success, the Japanese system had a serious flaw. It was based on a system of forced retirement for civil servants. Any official who failed to reach a certain promotion level was forced into early retirement. In exchange for generous severance packages, these officials found employment in the private sector, in the same industries they had previously led. This effectively created a system of deferred corruption. Officials offered companies lucrative contracts in exchange for the promise of well-paid jobs after their retirement. The very low salaries of civil servants further exacerbated the situation.

Singapore addressed this problem by not forcing civil servants to retire and by offering them salaries competitive with those in the private sector. This allowed them to focus on the common good and not just the well-being of those under their command.

Overall, the Singaporean and Japanese models combined the best features of Western capitalism with the Confucian-influenced meritocratic bureaucracy of East Asia. Other countries, such as South Korea, China, and Vietnam, followed suit. As a result, Asia as a whole had a higher GDP than the West as a whole.

This fundamental shift in the balance of economic power has led to Asian countries claiming greater influence on the global order. Unless the West reforms its systems and integrates and improves upon the positive aspects of the Asian model, Asia will become stronger and the West weaker over time.

Let us now consider the failure of the Western system, particularly since the end of the Cold War. The West experienced a massive economic boom after World War II. This was due to industrial planning geared towards the war effort.

After the end of World War II, there was initially a tendency in the West to disband the army and reduce it to the traditional, minimal peacetime level. However, industrialists who had profited from the massive arms buildup staged a coup and developed a plan for the “Cold War” to maintain the enormous military spending.

This artificially created Cold War was, on the whole, economically beneficial until the early 1970s. However, the military-industrial complex was fundamentally designed to produce weapons of mass destruction for military and industrial purposes. At some point, it became parasitic. As a result, the real standard of living for 90% of Americans has declined since the early 1970s.

The collapse of the Soviet Union and the end of the Cold War should have brought enormous peace dividends to the victorious West. However, due to the lack of a long-term planning system like the one that existed in East Asia, this opportunity was missed.

On the contrary, the oligarchs of the West devised a plan that can only be described as criminal and foolish – a plan to revive the Cold War by creating a nebulous “terrorist” enemy. This gave rise to the staged War on Terror, coupled with endless low-intensity conflicts in countries like Afghanistan and Iraq. The result was trillions of dollars wasted on senseless military confrontations.

Western infrastructure, particularly in the United States, has crumbled, and the US has become the most indebted country in history. This system worked as long as the debts were borne by dependent states like Saudi Arabia and Japan. But with China, things are different. The Chinese, aware of the neoconservatives’ plans to invade and dismantle China, rightly asked, “Why should we pay you to kill us?”

The US’s inability to repay its debts to China is at the heart of the ongoing trade war. The Trump administration demands: “Buy a lot of us so we don’t go bankrupt.” The Chinese reply: “You don’t have enough to sell.” The Americans are escalating the pressure and attempting to cut off China’s access to semiconductors. They may soon also halt oil shipments. The Chinese anticipated this and waited until sufficient alternatives to Middle Eastern oil were available before taking action.

The only card the United States can still play is World War III, but no matter how often the Pentagon runs its war simulations, the result is always the same: 90% of humanity dies, and the entire northern hemisphere becomes uninhabitable.

The solution agreed upon by the White Dragon Society (WDS) with Asian secret societies, and, as already mentioned, supported by the Vatican, the British Commonwealth, and the Pentagon, envisions the establishment of a Western-led agency for future planning. This step is to be preceded by debt relief—a one-time debt cancellation for all public and private debt.

This agency, with a budget of one trillion dollars and a performance-driven, multinational staff, will create a Western counterpart to the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). It will develop large-scale projects for fertilizing deserts, combating diseases, increasing life expectancy, repopulating the oceans, exploring the universe, and much more. The actual work will be awarded to the private sector through a competitive bidding process.

The main obstacle to implementing this plan is currently fanatical Zionists who have seized control of the Western central banking system. They cling to an apocalyptic vision of a war between Gog and Magog, which is supposed to wipe out 90% of humanity and allow them to enslave the survivors.

The World Gift of Death (WDD) and its allies therefore had no other choice but to hunt down, kill, or arrest these genocidal fanatics until they were finally defeated and surrendered. The process of their removal from power has already begun and, if everything goes according to plan, could be completed as early as this fall.

More than 160 countries and organizations support a similar vision to the one proposed by the GDS.

The US military ran out of weapons and lost the war against Iran.

In the Netherlands and other countries, war crimes trials are underway against those responsible for vaccine-related mass murders.

The secret societies in Asia are now united under a new leadership that supports the WDS vision.

America’s oil and fertilizer reserves are running low.

The US Treasury Department was offered virtually unlimited, gold-backed funds to help rebuild the United States.

Let us hope that this year we can finally end the rule of the satanic cabal in the United States and thus contribute to the liberation of humanity. All the American military and intelligence agencies have to do is accept the money offered to them in exchange for a return to good.
