I recognize this you see. A part of me feels like nothing is happening, but also not steps into all kinds of light ‘exercises’ to force itself. It experienced it as a kind of death but it could not find death in that field nor the shifts. It felt like: hee, there is no death, but there is breath. It did not feel stuck. It breathed differently, slowly and found its own place that does not need to rush. And it starts to love it!

I have confidence, a good feeling, but matrix backlash can be severe.
That’s when I fret about the next chapter 📉…and feel very vulnerable…
This reminds me to focus on the facts.

Although the backlash seems real, so did the storm raging outside the flimsy boat Jesus was sleeping in.
He only vanquished the storm to pacify the panicking disciples.
Even if this story is fabricated, it’s still meaningful.
(I personally believe this story to be factual, though )
