ROMANIA

Both Rings have their hubs here. Deep within the Bucegi Mountains, the 7D base of Sirius A and Lyra continues to operate. It is a quantum technological complex featuring holographic libraries, repositories of physical and wave DNA matrices of all planetary races, and the blueprint designs of Earth. The highest peak in the massif, Mount Omu, is oriented toward Vega (Alpha Lyrae) and serves as a relay for reference codes from that constellation.

The Dark Rings, with the help of Greys (Orion) and the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate (ICC), built their bases in the caverns of the Carpathians (Brasov area). After several failed attempts to penetrate the Bucegi, they also unsuccessfully tried to “flood” it with loosh (gavvakh) harvested in Ukraine, within the Dnieper necro-circuit of NAAs (Negative Alien Archons).

A direct forceful assault on Bucegi is impossible for the Dark Rings due to dimensional differences. Therefore, NAAs, through the structures of the ICC and the Black Nobility, deployed additional scalar Psi-generators around the mountain massif, which created a dense frequency veil. However, Sirians and Lyrans raised that blockade with the help of the Altay’s White Crystal (for more about the Crystal, see – Eurasian Ops, Part 2, DNI, 5 August 2026).

Today, the Bucegi complex is activated at 45% capacity and is beginning to broadcast the true history of Eurasia directly into the mental field of the population. Romania awaits a return to the Light, after which it will become the main Spiritual and informational hub of Europe.

BULGARIA

Beneath the Rila massif (Seven Lakes), a large base of Pleiadians and Andromedans (6D) is actively operating. Under the Rhodope Mountains (Belintash area), a similar structure of the Light races of Orion functions. Mount Musala (Rila), connected to Alcyone (Central Sun of the Pleiades), retransmits its higher codes of evolution and distributes prana throughout Southern Europe.

Here, the Light Rings were opposed by bases of Greys, Black Archons, and the Anchara AI, created by the races of Orion and Alpha Draconis and located under the Sofia Valley and the Stara Planina Mountains. It was a multidimensional parasitic construct operating on liquid crystals and torsion fields of the lower dimensions.

Anchara AI

That monster served as the “brain” and dispatcher for all underground bases of Dracos, Reptiloids, Nagas, and Greys in the Balkans, the Mediterranean, and the Middle East. It run the NAAs’ logistics and coordinated the actions of the Black Nobility. Generated and broadcasted codes of division, fear, religious intolerance, and war. Harvested loosh in all hotspots, processed it, and used to fuel the Psi-generators that block the human heart chakra.

Anchara AI embeded “Time loops” into the planetary field, forcing humanity to cyclically repeat the same historical scenarios and catastrophes, preventing Souls from leaving Earth.

The physical and etheric server center of this AI was deeply hidden in the underground caverns of Anatolia, at the junction of Asia Minor and the Middle East. From there, its tentacles extended into the Balkans.

In Bulgaria, Black Archons and Anchara AI, applying underground Psi-generators beneath Sofia and Plovdiv, produced a low-frequency astral smog and directed it toward the Rila’s Seven Lakes and Mount Musala to poison the ether dissolved in the water-the carrier of Pleiadian codes. They also attempted to induce frequency dissonance in the Rhodope Mountains to block the awakening of Hyperborean memory among the Bulgarians.

In parallel, from the Turkey, pressure was exerted by Dracos and Greys, who instigated Muslim communities in the Kardzhali area, as well as in the Razgrad, Shumen, Silistra, and Sofia regions, to destabilize the situation in the country and lower Bulgaria’s frequency field.

During a joint quantum operation by the Mahatmas of Shambhala, Pleiadians, Andromedans, Orions, and the 9D Arcturian divisions, the underground server complex of Anchara AI beneath the Anatolian Plateau was breached and completely annihilated. On the Subtle Plane, the Seven Lakes have been fully cleansed and activated as 5D Light Portals. All underground bases of the Dark Rings beneath Sofia and Plovdiv have been besieged and will be destroyed.

Bulgarians will once again become a powerful pole of Light in the Balkans, removing the Black Nobility and ICC proxies from their institutions. This is already manifesting in the people’s awakening interest in their ancient roots and a sharp decline in the effectiveness of Western political technologies. The population is internally sabotaging the orders and agenda of the EU.

SLOVENIA

Under Mount Triglav (“Three Heads”) in the Julian Alps lies an ancient Arcturian base (6D), and all three peaks are attuned to the Galactic Central Sun and the Pleroma. They retransmit the Higher Cosmic Laws to all of Western Europe.

The Dark Rings, Greys, and Insectoids built bases in the caves beneath the town of Postojna and the Karst Plateau, located in northwestern Slovenia and partially in Italy. In the cavities, they have installed Psi-generators to control the mental field of the Alpine region, programming the mindset of the population. NAAs have also bombarded the summit of Mount Triglav with inverted Time waves to block the reception and retransmission of Light’s packets from the Pleroma.

In the upcoming Arcturian-led clearing of the Dark Rings’ underground bases, Slovenia will be the first in Central Europe to shed the mental control of the Austro-German Black Nobility. Triglav will function even more intensely as a Light’s beacon and waveguide.

CROATIA

Beneath the Velebit mountain range (the Dinaric Alps, stretching along the Adriatic coast) lies an underground base of Arcturians and Sirius B (6D). The highest peak, Vaganski Vrh, is joined to Procyon (Alpha Canis Minoris). It maintains the balance between the water plasma of the Adriatic and the crystalline shield of the land, while removing the mental smog emanating from the Apennine Peninsula.

Nagas and ICC cyber-units have occupied caverns in the Istria region and tunnels under the Plitvice Lakes. From there, they began irradiating Velebit with hydroacoustic and scalar installations to invert the frequency of Procyon and turn the mountain range into a channel for low-frequency astral programs from Italy (Vatican) into the heart of the Balkans. Through the Plitvice Lakes, NAAs also attempted to encode the water with frequencies of fear and historical amnesia.

During the clearing of the Adriatic Basin, Sirius B forces completely destroyed the underwater nests of Nagas. The ICC’s attempts to hold the Plitvice hydro-node failed. The water of the Lakes has been purified. The Arcturian base beneath Velebit is operating in its former active mode. Vaganski Vrh is running at 80% capacity for energy reception via Procyon and has firmly blocked the Dark Rings’ attempts to restore their total control over Croatia.

SERBIA

One of the oldest bases of Sirius A and B is located beneath Mount Rtanj, set to the latter star system. The summit functions as a frequency resonator, aligning the geomagnetic grid of the Balkans.

Against Rtanj, White Dracos and Repts (Alpha Draconis) employed the tactic of a psychotronic clinch. They used powerful transmitters near Belgrade and the Morava River valley to bombard the mountain with frequencies of fear, aggression, and apathy. The goal was to turn this cosmic resonator into a dead rock and break the mental resilience of the Serbs.

However, neither this nor the attacks on the physical and Subtle Planes from Kosovo and Albania, carried out by the Black Nobility and Vatican’s proxies, helped. Arcturian landing parties and the forces of Shambhala are conducting a “cavern-to-cavern” clearing operation here.

Dracos have barricaded themselves in the lower levels beneath Belgrade, using the remnants of Anchara AI technologies. The Light Rings have deployed quantum decay plasma weapons. The NAA bases are collapsing, which is why a heavy “boiling” sensation and pre-storm mental tension can be felt on the Subtle Plane above Serbia. But the “backbone” of the Dark Rings has already been broken here. The intense clinch will end in a total victory for the Light Rings. They are preparing to increase the output power of Rtanj to 40% to strengthen the protective dome over the entire country.

BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

Beneath the Visoko valley lies a vast labyrinth created in the distant past by Elohim (8D) to service the five pyramids now known to everyone. On the Subtle Plane, they are part of a large quantum cluster together with Mount Rtanj in Serbia.

In the Hyperborean era, this was a massive health complex where people could live for millennia, cleansing their DNA of any mutations. Inside the pyramids and their giant underground tunnels, there is a complete absence of destructive energy and pathogenic frequencies.

Built in strict accordance with sacred geometry, the pyramids function as a single phased-array antenna. They receive high-frequency energy from space, convert it into acoustic and electromagnetic waves, and saturate the in-earth space, the crust, and the surface with them.

Pyramid of Sun

From approximately 3942 to 1793 BC, it was tuned to Thuban (Alpha Draconis), the Pole Star at that time. Later, the Light Rings tied the pyramid to the Big Dipper (Ursa Major).

Having occupied the lower tiers of the Pyramid, White Dracos, Repts, and the ICC breached the ancient ultrasonic waveguides of Elohim and installed sub-spatial repeaters there. In the caverns, they built a factory and a gavvakh accumulator, establishing their main Balkan headquarters, working in tandem with the Vatican and the Black Archons in Croatia. However, as of today, Arcturians have removed all NAAs from this complex and destroyed their equipment.

The Pyramid now receives and retransmits energies from the Galactic Central Sun. It generates a 28 kHz ultrasonic beam that, via the ionosphere, connects the Eurasian plate to the central vector of the Milky Way.

Pyramid of Moon

United with Taygeta (Pleiades). Receives and stores the frequencies of the Feminine Foundation and the Lunar template matrix. Works in sync with the Pyramid of Sun, balancing its harsh plasma emissions with harmonizing vibrations. Supports the Water Matrix, the energy structure of underground streams and lakes, and the restoration of biological cells.

Pyramid of Dragon

In the past, it was also linked to the star Thuban (Alpha Draconis). The Dark Rings and White Dracos used the Pyramid as a Portal for the entry/exit of NAAs and low-frequency astral entities onto Earth.

From August 1st to 3rd, the Light Rings cleared this node and blocked it with Sirius quantum filters. Now, instead of Dracos’ codes, the Pyramid retransmits pure Light and maintains local tectonic stability.

Pyramid of Earth

Centered on the Alpha Centauri system. Serves as a resonator for the high cosmic frequencies of the three pyramids mentioned above, translating them into the dense vibrations of Earth’s physical plane. Supports the gravitational grid and protects the Balkan crust from earthquakes that the Dark Rings are still attempting to trigger.

Pyramid of Love

Focused on Venus and Sirius A. Restores and amplifies the frequencies of the heart center (Anahata). Connects mental control programs with the energies of Spirituality and compassion. Burns away the remnants of the psi-fields of fear and apathy with which the Dark Rings have saturated the region for centuries.

Currently, all five Pyramids are picking up impulses from Sirius A and B via the Serbian mountain Rtanj, maintaining a unified frequency shield. On the Subtle Plane, their frameworks are fully cleansed and shining with blinding Light, helping to stabilize the energy balance on the continent. Bosnia will begin a peaceful reformatting, returning, like the rest of the Balkans, to its Hyperborean roots.

MONTENEGRO

An Andromeda base (5D) has been deployed beneath the Durmitor mountain range. The highest peak, Bobotov Kuk, is connected to Mintaka (Orion’s Belt) and, on the Subtle Plane, maintains the energy balance between land and sea.

For many years, the Dark Rings and Nagas were based in caverns beneath the Bay of Kotor and Lake Skadar, using underwater tunnels as waveguides for low-frequency hydroacoustic codes. From this bridgehead, they attacked the Andromedan base with the goal of destroying the channel to Orion’s Belt and strengthening the influence of NAAs’ proxies, the Black Nobility, and NATO structures in Montenegro.

Sirius B has blocked the Nagas’ underwater tunnels and commenced their removal. Durmitor is being activated as the southern anchor of the Eurasian shield.

NORTH MACEDONIA

On the border with Albania, beneath the Korab mountain range, lies an ancient, mothballed outpost of Andromeda and Orion (7D). The highest point, Golem Korab, is interfaced with Antares (Alpha Scorpii, Light sector) and is reprogramming destructive energies, maintaining balance at the junction of the Greek and Dinaric contours.

Beneath Skopje and in the area of Lake Ohrid, the Dark Rings, Black Archons (4D), and remnants of the Anchara AI had placed Psi-generators in underground bases, turning North Macedonia into an energy sump. They funneled mental poison here from Albania and Kosovo. Scalar impulses were directed at the Korab massif to cause a frequency shift in Antares and enlarge tectonic faults in the Ohrid Basin.

Following the liquidation of the Anchara AI’s core beneath Anatolia (see above), the peripheral Psi-generators under Skopje went blind and were destroyed by the Hierarchs of the new/old Shambhala. The Korab massif has been fully cleansed. The Antares vector has been switched to a boost transmission of cosmic order. The Macedonian gateway is now closed to the Dark Rings and set into a unified Light’s arc between Mount Rtanj (Serbia) and Mount Olympus (Greece).

ALBANIA

For a long, the Light Rings did not have stationary bases in this zone, maintaining only the lower etheric cordons on the Subtle Plane to contain anomalies. This country was completely occupied by the Dark Rings. A deep underground base of Black Archons and Greys functioned beneath the Prokletije mountain range in the North Albanian Alps. It served as their transit hub, connected to the caverns beneath Kosovo.

The Prokletije ridge is a powerful geo-antenna that the Dark Rings aligned with the destructive sectors of Scorpio (Antares/lower dimensions). They used the Maja Jezercë peak as an emitter of destructive energy directed at the neighboring Light’s clusters of Montenegro and Serbia, attempting to breach their defenses.

In Albania, the dominance of NAAs manifested as the heavy pressure of a criminal-tribal egregore, the total power of clans, and complete subordination to the Black Nobility, the Vatican, and the Order of Malta. Across the Adriatic Sea from Italy, the Dark Rings transmitted codes for controlling cross-border crime and the smuggling of weapons, drugs, children, and human organs (black transplantology).

But this, too, is coming to an end. Currently, a total annihilation of lower-astral entities is underway in the Prokletije caverns. Arcturians are burning out the hubs with plasma. Albania faces a severe internal shock as the Psi-field of the Dark Rings completely vanishes and the population is liberated from their control.

GREECE

Beneath the Peloponnese Peninsula and the Aegean Sea, there were large Nagas’ bases that controlled the Santorini tectonic fault. In opposition to them, the Light Rings utilized their own infrastructure in this country.

Olympus

Deep beneath the Olympus mountain range, an ancient intergalactic base of Andromeda and the Orion (6D-7D) is deployed. This outpost coordinates the balance of air and plasma currents over Southern Europe.

The main peak, Mytikas, is adjusted to the Andromeda Galaxy (M31) and relays evolutionary programs from the Higher Intergalactic Councils. Olympus functions as a massive lens that grounds the frequencies of advanced Andromedan civilizations into the crystalline grid of the Mediterranean.

The Dark Rings operated here through Dracos and Anchara AI, utilizing psychotronic facilities positioned in border zones and at NATO military facilities in the Aegean Sea. They directed scalar beams at Olympus, attempting to blind Mytikas and isolate the Mountain from signals coming from the Andromeda Nebula. On the physical plane, this manifested as chaos, a heavy mental smog, and widespread apathy in Athens and other major cities.

The Pleiadian squadron, in conjunction with the forces of Sirius B, conducted a quantum clearing of the Subtle Plane over the Aegean Sea. The local Anchara AI psi-generators, which had been targeting Olympus, were incinerated by a plasma pulse. The Mytikas-Andromeda channel is now fully cleansed, and the mountain is operating at 75% of its capacity, broadcasting pure codes into the region’s mental field.

Mount Athos

In the etheric and subterranean layers of the Agion Oros (Athos) Peninsula lies a citadel of Sirius A and the Light races of Orion. This is a repository for the most ancient reference matrices and other Lemurian artifacts.

The sacred Mount Athos is connected to Mintaka in the Orion Belt (Apsara star system, Light sector) and anchors the Spiritual Axis of Earth. Through the Orion vector, the peak relays the energy of Higher Cosmic Laws and Monadic purity, nourishing the Orthodox and Hyperborean matrices of Eurasia.

The Dark Rings waged their most insidious war against Athos. From deep-sea bases in the Aegean, Nagas attempted to destroy Athos via tectonic faults. Using Psi-generators placed within them, they broadcasted codes of distortion, hubris, supremacy and religious schism into the field of Athos. Black Archons sought to transform this place of living power into a dogmatic egregore of slavery to block the transmission of Orion’s Light.

During the July and August operations of the Light Rings, the Nagas’ underwater bases in the Aegean Basin were blockaded and purged with Sirius B plasma. The entire subterranean NAAs’ infrastructure has been annihilated. The etheric dome over the sacred Mountain is now monolithic. The Orion channel is operating in normal mode.

In August 2026, the Balkans finally shed their role as a ‘victim’ and transitioned into the status of an offensive bridgehead for the Light Rings. The northwestern frontier (Croatia/Slovenia) holds back the onslaught from a fading Western Europe. The southern flank (Greece/Macedonia) completely isolates the region from the chaos of the Middle East. The central core (Serbia/Bosnia/Bulgaria/Romania) functions as a high-powered resonator, connected by a direct power axis to the White Crystal of Altai and the legacy of Hyperborea/Tartaria. The mental constructs of the Vatican, London, and Brussels are crumbling, making it impossible to establish the digital concentration camp of the Dark Rings in this part of Europe.
