Kuthumi: Greetings. I’m here in the merged format, that Yeshua and I have created together for this teaching. I will speak from the voice of myself, as Kuthumi, however know that Yeshua is very present and part of the energetics of this segment.

As we build these energies and we build the awareness, some fragmentation is surfacing for some within the mental/emotional body. This will be dismantled if you and these students pay attention and apply the energetics and the teaching concepts, being very diligent in focusing on these teachings as well as the energetics they contain. Put the focus on what is right within you, rather than what is out of alignment. When intense focus is put on what is out of alignment, an allowance is made for reaction and non-focus. That is what is created in the reality. These students know this. The feelings and the thoughts that are present in these transitory times are very real. I’m not dismissing them as being unreal.

My suggestion would be to use the Coding that is available to you and apply it in the areas where it is needed. It may be the yellow Coding, the blue, or the green coming from the Heart. Yeshua was very specific in this element of Love as the essence of who you are. He gave you that reference point in this last session; the reference point of yourself as Love. This is where the focus needs to be put. As these times evolve and this shift is felt, you cannot help but be disrupted at times because of the impact of mass consciousness and what is going on world wide on your Earth.

You have developed great technology in your media, so it is almost inescapable. Use these tools that you have. Use the Codings. Most importantly, focus your attention on these teachings that we give to you. Focus in you Sacred Heart and call in that green Coding. Call in Archangel Raphael, who holds this template of the element of Love very precisely. Call on Yeshua, who exemplifies that. And, most of all, examine that particle of Love that is you. Make it your reference point to self. Not your reference point to someone else, but to yourself.

This is what will get you through these transitory times. For, when you recognize yourself from the wholeness and completeness of yourself as the creator, having the particles within you of that Creator essence, this will help you negotiate the third dimension. The door to the third dimension has closed so many are finding great difficulty in these times. The mental/emotional body of all those embodied on your planet is in a very reactive state. When you recognize that it’s the impact of the third dimensional collective that you’re reacting to, rest within yourself, into the reality of yourself and who you are. You will then be able to negotiate this disruption with ease and grace.

This is one of those areas where time will resolve much of this issue. Now, part of the issue is the change in the use of time and in the awareness of time. The linear aspect of it is no longer engaged. So, resting in your own essence is where you will find great value.
