Donald Trump has been targeted by our corrupt FBI and ‘Justice’ Department since the moment he came down the escalator in 2015 at Trump Tower in New York City to announce his run for the GOP presidential nomination, and he’s finally had enough.
The former president called on Republicans in Congress to temporarily defund the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on Wednesday morning, a day after his arraignment in New York City, according to Breitbart News.
“REPUBLICANS IN CONGRESS SHOULD DEFUND THE DOJ AND FBI UNTIL THEY COME TO THEIR SENSES,” Trump noted in an all-caps post on his Truth Social platform, going on to note, correctly, that the Democrat-aligned deep state has hopelessly weaponized law enforcement and is now attempting to interfere in the 2024 election.
He continued: “THE DEMOCRATS HAVE TOTALLY WEAPONIZED LAW ENFORCEMENT IN OUR COUNTRY AND ARE VICIOUSLY USING THIS ABUSE OF POWER TO INTERFERE WITH OUR ALREADY UNDER SIEGE ELECTIONS!”
Trump made the statement on the morning after he spoke to a crowd at his Mar-a-Lago residence following his arraignment, which took place earlier that day. The courthouse saw a chaotic scene as anti-Trump protesters clashed with Trump supporters prior to the event, Breitbart News noted.
An agreement appears to exist among Republicans that federal agencies are being utilized as a weapon against conservatives. According to a recent Insider Advantage survey, 79% of Republicans believe that the government has been weaponized against Republicans and conservatives, said the outlet, citing the survey results.
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) is among Republicans who have said Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, whose campaign was financed, in part, by leftist billionaire George Soros, has “weaponized our sacred justice system” against the 45th president.
“Alvin Bragg has irreparably damaged our country in an attempt to interfere in our Presidential election. As he routinely frees violent criminals to terrorize the public, he weaponized our sacred system of justice against President Donald Trump. The American people will not tolerate this injustice, and the House of Representatives will hold Alvin Bragg and his unprecedented abuse of power to account,” he tweeted in recent days.

The California Republican said on Tuesday that Bragg is “attempting to interfere in our democratic process by invoking federal law to bring politicized charges against President Trump, admittedly using federal funds, while at the same time arguing that the peoples’ representatives in Congress lack jurisdiction to investigate this farce.”
McCarthy also warned that that the weaponization of the federal justice process “will be held accountable by Congress,” but it’s just not clear what that will entail.

As the aftermath of Bragg’s indictment of former President Donald Trump on bookkeeping charges this week unfolds, analysts are raising concerns that his political agenda against the likely GOP candidate for president in 2024 may have violated the U.S. Constitution. According to a report from Fox News, this involves the 6th Amendment, which requires that any criminal defendant be informed of the accusation against them.
Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett told “Hannity” that Bragg likely violated Trump’s right to know – specifically – what he’s accused of doing.
“He does [have to name it, via] the Sixth Amendment,” Jarrett said. “[The indictment] is therefore facially defective. It is deficient on its face and it would be susceptible to a motion-to-dismiss.”
Fox added, “Jarrett questioned whether Bragg slept through constitutional law in his studies at Harvard, envisioning the prosecutor working late one evening in New York City, mumbling that ‘I’ve got to get Trump – What crime? – What crime?’ and that an office worker simply remarked, ‘don’t say anything.’”

Slowly the onslaught against freedom, the only order that has kept evil in the dangerous world at bay, is freedom, free elections. and free men and women and that is under attack by those taking the oath to defend and protect the countrx it has made great..And the one and only hoodlem Donald Trump is right there trying to disrupt the natural nature of self government. It shows in a supreme cnurt case that came up in 2018 during the presidency of Donald Trump. The issue was giving the police more power, some Donald Trump promised the police before election. I dmt know the name of the case but it was to allow the police to at anxtime acquire your physical locatiom without a warrant. Every Republican voted to give the police warrantless authoritx except for chief judge Roberts. Demorats went with protecting the bill of rights. Roberts wrote we are not giving the state that much power that adds up to a citizen monitoring ankle bracelet. This would had made unsusupecting US citizens the same as monitored prisoners. I can prove it but I imagine Donald Trump supported the assualt on the US constitution. He is a bad criminal, he is bad to his whole family. He once attacked his first Russian wife and ripped a handful of hair out, who know what he did to his second porn star wife Marlyn Maples. He pays people to hide the truth. He is a evil man..
Continued. Donald Trump as president pushes the US supreme court through his top law enforcement AG and fellow Republicans to throw out US constitutional protections on tax payer funded state highways in favor of tribal police and tribal gouernment. And the Republican supreme court agrees to allow tribal governments to arrest and detain US citizens into tribal custody and even if you unknowinglx violate tribal government law. There are big issues here beside the loss US protections because of Donald Trump. US citizens are mt allowed to sue tribal governments even if they feed you a rat dinner, or something sinister, allow people to watch you nude or plant you with a microchip.
Because of criminal Trump we lost our freedom i this nation but there is more i would like to address..
My sim card had become virus infected, ever since the sim shuts down when it wants and I lose thirty minutes of writing unless I go agead and post. So thanks.
The court case had to do with US citizen protections on state highways, and the case that came before the US supreme court Donald Trump as president became personally involved in, it was when a US citizen was arrested by tribal police, illegal. So it gnes to every US lower court and every court rules to protect the constitutioal rights of US citizens on state highways, except at the displeasure of Donald Trump, it goes to the US supreme court. Please let me post and cnntinue.
No one person divided our country’s citizenry so severely as Donald Trump. Either you hate him or love him and what you love is based on lies. If he had any truth to speak of, say the Cabal for example, he should have spoke up so we could have fixed this problem as a nation, nonpartisan and with cooperation on both sides. What a shame he ran for president, I read he really didn’t want the job and didn’t expect to win.
So beginning again our sacred bill of rights was vandalized by Donald Trump when he took office. But there are other occasions where Trump took the liberty to vandalize the US constiution you may not be aware of, one dealt with US citizens on state highways that go through tribal territory,. I dont remember the name of the case that went to the US supreme court, but tn make it clear there are around 565 tribal governments and most tax payer funded state highways go through them, but before I go on let me post this and I will explain.
