My dearest brothers and sisters,
This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.
You are living in a very harsh world, and many of you are living in tough practical circumstances. The energies are intense. Some average people, even though they are often less spiritually advanced and aware than you are, are nonetheless condemning you and labeling you as crazy.
Those people who arguably should be practically helping you and should be liberating Earth, so far haven’t done that. In fact things seem to get worse and worse over time.
Just living on Earth requires a lot of perseverance and strength. And seeing as how you are tuning in to these messages, most likely you aren’t just living, but you have in fact awakened, at least to an extent. Hence, Earth humans in general are an exceptional group, and within that exceptional group you are an exceptional group, namely those who have at least partially woken up.
You really are amazing, and are doing amazing.
Even if you feel that you’re not doing a lot — well, many of you are doing amazing lightwork while you are asleep, which means that you really are doing a whole lot. Furthermore, even just your presence on Earth helps tremendously in stabilizing the situation and moving things towards the light. And also, many of you are engaging in small acts of kindness that may not seem spectacular to you, but that actually help a whole lot.
I have so much love and respect for the people of Earth, and especially those who have also managed to at least partially wake up. You are doing amazing, and you are amazing.
Even if you have certain areas where you haven’t fully woken up yet, or areas where you still have some growth and healing to do — that may be true, and also you are still amazing, and are doing amazing.
So if you observe an area in yourself where you haven’t fully woken up yet, or haven’t fully healed yet, or still have some blockages — it is fine to observe this, and also it doesn’t change the fact that you are amazing.
No one expects you to be perfect. It wouldn’t even be reasonable to expect someone on Earth to be anywhere near perfect, just because of how harsh Earth is. In the context of Earth, you are doing amazing.
Furthermore, certain galactics who you might perceive as being perfect or close to perfect, may in fact be younger souls than yourself, who have done less growth and integration than you have. They simply grew up in a much more heart-centered society than Earth. They were born into metaphorical wealth and you weren’t, but that doesn’t make them better than you.
So if there are still unintegrated parts of you — I empathize, and also this in no way makes you an unworthy or not-good-enough person. You are already amazing, as you are right now. You are already good enough. You are already worthy of love. As you are right now.
You don’t need to do or accomplish anything to become good enough, because you already are good enough, right now, as you are in the present moment. Yes, the full you, even with your perhaps occasional judgements or so-called negative emotions, is already more than good enough, and fully worthy of love.
You are not perfect, you are not yet fully spiritually developed, and yet you are already amazing. You are already good enough and you are already fully worthy of love. As you are right now. Even if you’re currently imperfect, you are good enough, and you are fully worthy of love.

Btw general life update: In case you guys remember that earlier this year I said I’m not sure if I’m to stay on earth in this incarnation or if I’m about to end it because I’ve learned my lesson: Obviously I stayed and now things get interesting 😅 I’m finally able to communicate with my higher self, energy work feels amazing, and I think I’m healing other versions of myself who happen to be female. I generally feel whole and that’s nice 😁
Hi Michael, glad to hear you’re still here and making spiritual progress. Congrats on being able to talk to your higher self, that’s amazing and I think that’s a very important milestone — because you can get a lot of useful guidance from that.
To answer your question for myself: I do a lot of parts work on myself and often talk to my soul. I often do light work via my energy body (including sometimes consciously while awake), and often enjoy hugs or bedroom fun via my energy body with Pleiadians. That latter part has been increasing lately.
I have conversations or receive teachings / healing while asleep. I often just ask for healing / assistance with healing on specific points and then receive it (which doesn’t mean it’s immediately 100% fixed but it helps).
I’ve had a few memories from my past lives, but not as many as some have. I heal wounds from my past selves pretty regularly.
Do you perceive those female versions of you to be past life versions or alternate-reality versions or simultaneously-living-a-life-in-this-reality-somewhere else?
The message request has been noted, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’ll come up, or come up quickly. In general, energies are rising, so I would expect some people’s minds to become more aware of / do more with their multidimensionality. Though personally I’ve always focused on basic spiritual practice / self-healing, and I’ve never focused on actively becoming aware of / developing multidimensionality — when the time was ripe it was just there, or I was pointed to it by my guides.

I guess it would be alternate and simultaneously, I haven’t really figured that out. It started when I asked my higher self to point me to an aspect within myself that needs to be healed/is blocked. And I was open to working with ANY aspect of my soul, no limitations.
I saw and felt 12 year old me in front of me (with my inner eye), but not “ME me”. I felt the connection between us, but it wasn’t like “talking to my inner child” or working with my “this reality” body. I didn’t know what to do and randomly sent healing energy “my” way and that was when I was led to a 13 year old definitely female me version. And she lacked the feeling of being loved unconditionally. That started all of this. At some point in this meditation I set the intention to lift the vibration of all female mes up to my now age and said “you are no longer blocked” and, even though I was in deep meditation, after THAT I jumped up straight and opened my eyes – I did not intend to do that, it just happened and I thought “Alright, I guess that was the correct thing to do 🤔” 😅
Now I often dream of all kinds of female looking versions; masculine “butch” looking mes, more dominant or more submissive, and in my latest dream I had remarkably long and soft hair (my hair is 12 mm) and was my age, but still had the anger issues “this reality me” had as a child and teen.
I often feel like a bridge between “female” and “male” energies. I remember tiny bits of my latest past life in which I was a woman (no guarantee that it’s actually correct), so having some uncleared “female energy” issues would make sense (that incarnation ended quite early). And there might be a connection to Mintaka, but I haven’t consciously searched for those parts within me.
I’m not really someone who wants to or feels nudged to channel (this might also be the case because I once stated that every contact should be “in accordance with the highest divine blueprint”), but I often perceive a slight “brightness” when I close my eyes, as if there’s a lamp turned on – and when I first felt nudged to at least channel the energies of my higher self, my whole visual field (eyes closed, dark room) got SO bright… Really damn bright, brighter than any lamp I’ve ever seen. And I just take that as a “go for it” regarding contacting my higher self 😅
Generally, discovering and working with those female aspects made me feel more balanced. You’re more accepting of things people would consider weak and not manly enough when you integrate a dozen of women in your this reality you 😂
