The Arcturian Council: The Gardeners of Consciousness, Raising Children Who Remember the Stars

Channel: Octavia Vasile | Source

Dear ones,

Children arrive on Earth carrying enormous sensitivity, perception, and wisdom. Many of them still remember the language of energy before they fully adapt to the language of society. They feel the atmosphere of a room before a word is spoken. They sense intention inside gestures. They naturally perceive frequencies, emotions, and possibilities that many adults have trained themselves to overlook.

A child comes as an explorer of consciousness.

In the new world, children flourish through expansion, curiosity, and inner connection. They blossom when they feel heard as souls, not only guided as personalities.

Many adults learned through comparison:

“Do you prefer this or that?”

“Which one is better?”

“Who did it right?”

“Who did it wrong?”

The new Earth invites a different type of conversation.

Instead of asking:

“Do you like this?”

You may ask:

“How do you feel about this?”

Instead of:

“Which side are you on?”

You may ask:

“What is your vision?”

Instead of:

“Is this good or bad?”

You may ask:

“What does this create inside you?”

Such questions open the intuitive centers of the child. The child begins to look within instead of searching outside for the “correct” answer. The child learns to trust resonance, sensation, creativity, and inner guidance.

A child who feels safe expressing their perception remains connected to their multidimensional nature.

If a child says:

“This room feels heavy.”

You may answer:

“How would you love it to feel instead?”

Then invite them to create it with you.

Perhaps they open a window.

Perhaps they sing.

Perhaps they move furniture.

Perhaps they place flowers in the room.

Perhaps they sit quietly and breathe.

You teach the child that reality responds to consciousness.

If a child feels sad because another child spoke harshly, you may ask:

“What do you feel your heart wishes to create now?”

The child may wish for understanding.

The child may wish for distance.

The child may wish for kindness.

The child may wish to express themselves more clearly.

In this way, the child discovers inner movement instead of remaining frozen inside an experience.

If a child says:

“I cannot do this.”

You may smile gently and ask:

“How would it feel if you learned step by step?”

Or:

“What part feels exciting already?”

The consciousness opens immediately toward possibility.

Children thrive enormously through participation.

Invite them to imagine solutions with you.

“How shall we prepare this meal?”

“How would you design this room?”

“What energy would you love this home to carry?”

“How shall we make this journey beautiful together?”

The child begins to understand:

“My vision matters.”

“My feelings carry wisdom.”

“I can contribute to reality.”

This nourishes confidence in a very natural and peaceful way.

The new world also flourishes through emotional honesty.

A child may cry intensely one moment and laugh fully the next. Energy moves quickly through children when it receives space. Presence supports this movement beautifully.

A calm nervous system teaches more than thousands of lectures.

Children learn greatly through observation. When they see adults breathe consciously, speak kindly, create solutions peacefully, nourish the body lovingly, and listen deeply to themselves, they absorb these frequencies naturally.

Dear ones, children arrive very close to the frequency of the 5th dimension already.

They carry imagination without limitation.

The role of the conscious adult resembles the role of a gardener.

A gardener never pulls the flower open by force.

The gardener offers sunlight. Water. Space. Nourishment.

Gentleness.

Then the flower remembers how to bloom by itself.

We are the 5D Arcturian Council,

and we see the new children arriving like luminous seeds of a new Earth already growing within humanity.
