Maybe the problem is that I’m trying to construct sentences probably because I’m not a native English speaker and my English is terrible.
I understand everything people say and write well, maybe except for the Scottish accent 😀
But I’ve never used spoken English, so I can’t really think in that language either, if you know what I mean.
When I read, I have to translate the words in my head 😀

To answer your point, I have the same problem as you: I’m not a native speaker either. So I often run my replies through GPT.
Most of the time, I write them in English myself and just ask for a light correction of mistakes. When I struggle a bit more, I write in my native language and ask for a translation, though that’s rarer.
I try not to become dependent on it, and to do without it whenever I can. But honestly, it’s so convenient, and it prevents so many misunderstandings…
I have a very good memory, and I’ve been reading the comments under channeling's for a few years now.

For one negative comment under a message, there may be a hundred positive thoughts hidden in silence… or the opposite. Who knows?
