Four Natural Supplements Improve Blood Circulation In The Legs

Sprinkle ½ to 1 whole teaspoon of cayenne pepper into the water and vinegar and mix well. Soak your feet in this mixture for at least 30 minutes. You can also soak a cloth in the mixture and then wrap it around your legs and feet. Some people may experience a burning sensation due to the cayenne pepper. Start with a small amount, and gradually build up the amount of pepper in the mixture until your skin becomes used to its effects.

Hawthorn

Hawthorn has been used as traditional medicine for centuries by herbalists and Native Americans. Hawthorn tones the heart muscle, improves circulation, reduces blood pressure, and strengthens the entire cardiovascular system.
