Ascension Symptoms: How Are You Feeling?

For the past few days family members and myself have been feeling changes in the stomach area. This is do to the higher frequencies entering the body and cleansing and transforming blocking, low vibrational energies.

Some of the symptoms are; Increased gas, bloating or a feeling of fullness, not due to diet or overeating. The digestive issues can fluctuate from periods of diarrhea and constipation. Dull pain in the navel area and/or either side of your bellybutton.

It isn’t just the change in frequency but also your physical body of course. Your organs are changing gradually, and certain foods cannot be tolerated anymore by the body, low vibrational foods. There are changes occurring in how your body processes these foods as well.

There may be toxins that your body is getting rid of, as well as clearing old traumas. The Solar Plexus chakra is just above the bellybutton, changes occurring in the chakra affect that entire area of the body. Will and personal power are associated with the Solar Plexus. At this time we are all taking our power back, releasing fear and judgement, taking control of our lives. “We are releasing the butterflies” and we are beginning to express ourselves more fully.

You may find your self also returning to old habits, whatever they may have been. Don’t allow your ego to pull you back or hold you down from raising your vibration. Go outside, breath fresh air, spend time in nature, focus on positive things always.

At this time there is also much activity happening in our head area. You may have moments of nausea, blurred vision, tingling on your scalp, ringing in the ears. Intense dreams. Prophetic or precognitive dreams or dreamlike visions occurring more often.

One symptom, if you want to call it that, which I have been feeling more often than previous times, a feeling that I’m not alone. The feeling that there is a non-physical presence right beside me.

The best things we can do for all of this is to relax, drink plenty of water, eat light food and just get a lot of sleep.

It is very important that we give time to our bodies to adjust and accept the new light coming in. Practice deep breathing in your meditation time.
