Well, 65 percent of our bodies is water, so our water intake affects every organ in the body, especially the biggest organ – the skin. Dry skin makes it hard for you to sweat, and as you know, sweating is one of the ways to detoxify the body. Drinking more water will definitely improve your skin health.

Research shows that not drinking enough water affects eye health. For one thing, it dries the tear ducts causing the eyes to be dry and bloodshot. Dehydration can actually weaken your eyes if it happens for a long time.

3. Your mouth is dry

You’ve probably noticed that the mouth is when doing heavy work or playing sports. Well, this happens because you’re dehydrated. Don’t drink soda or other sugary beverages if your mouth is dry, just drink water.

4. You feel fatigued most of the time

While fatigued may be caused by other issues like stress, low calorie intake, and hormonal imbalances, dehydration is also a major contributing factor. 9. You don’t urinate frequently

If you’re not going to the bathroom after every 3-4 hours, you’re not drinking enough water. And if the color of your urine is yellow, it means you’re dehydrated. Your urine should be clear or light yellow.

10. You’re aging fast

The ability of the body to old a lot of water decreases as we grow older. So this means we should drink more water as we age. Not drinking enough will not only make you look old but it’ll also weaken your organs.
