Forgive yourself – We all make mistakes. If you want to move forward, you have to let go of the past. Try not to spend a lot of time dwelling on the fact that you wasted your weekend, haven’t got round to cleaning out your wardrobe or seeing your family. Just learn from your mistakes and focus on making changes in the present moment.
